I ordered from Uber eats. My order came HALF complete!! I was MISSING 2 bowls. I called the store( off Central Ave) the manager only said “that maybe 1 of the employees forgot?” Huh? My order came to over $50 dollars!!!! He then said “ get someone to come and pick up the bowls”Really? I’m 7 month pregnant on BEDREST with 2 little kids at home…my husband is deployed. So that’s a big NO. So yes I’m calling UBER eats for the refund and WILL NOT be ordering from ANY KFC again. Bye

Very bad service... ??‍♀️ The chicken tasted like fish, the potatoes taste like old oil!!!!! Very very very bad!! Bad service, employees with a bad face and no desire to work. I don't recommend it, the worst place I've ever been.

I bought spirit soda from here last evening and this is what I got. I opened the soda cup this morning and it was very dirty and moldy inside. So disgusting, I wondered why the employees were staring at me looks like they knew what they were planning to do, so sad. That’s what me and my family got. Please avoid this place.zero

If I could give zero stars I would.. $30 for this??? YUCK. We didn’t even eat it. Plus the manager has a VERY nasty attitude. She closed the window in my face after I told her I did not feel the need to move forward and go around the store to park in a spot to wait for French fries that would be up as they said 2 minutes when no cars were directly behind me because I was on a timer? I did not know I was supposed to adhere to employee rules as a customer? If my fries were taking 2 minutes, it did not make sense to me to move when no one was behind me and after that, the manager just shut the window in my face. I don’t even care to contact the store after such bad service. Im just going to contact my financial institution and get a refund for the bad food I received. The chicken was “warm”, the fries were fresh and hot, the biscuits smelled like stale old biscuits and were hard. Definitely not fresh food and I will never revisit that location.
