By far the worst Krispy Kreme establishment I’ve EVER visited. Went through the drive-thru because I noticed the hot light was on & received donuts that were ice cold. When I questioned why, the manager said “well they can’t stay hot from the time we take them off the belt.” Went inside to get a refund and noticed they had mini donuts fresh on the belt. When I asked if I could get those fresh, hot donuts instead, I was met with “no, those are for tomorrow.” Excuse me, but why are you making donuts for tomorrow when you’re supposed to be serving “hot” donuts right now? Employees attitudes were AWFUL! I will never spend my $$ here again.

This KK is closed and for good reason. I visited this store during a special but the doors were locked. A girl came to the door and said that they were closed and that I could come back in an hour. Well I needed the donuts for and event so coming back would not work for me. I asked for a discount on my next order since the promotion was ending that day and they reluctantly wrote something on a price of paper for me. I tried to go back later to get my free dozen they promised but they have been closed now for a few weeks.

I don’t see how this location has 4.0 stars. Negative reviews are true! This KK has terrible customer service and does not compare to the chain! The donuts are overcooked and look bad!
Attempted to purchase doughnuts. Arrived on location at 9 pm. The door was locked. Figured to go through the drive thru since there were at least 4 employees visible in the store. Despite a car in front of me getting their order, no one would answer on the speaker. There were an additional 2 employees by the trash area attempting to flirt with a girl. They brought the girl inside. A guy driving a large truck was able to enter after banging on the door. So I went around the drive thru again. Still no dice. When I was driving off the last time I was able to see 6 employees all handing around boxes of doughnuts. Horrible experience and no doughnuts.
Went here even though i read the reviews. Needless to say, there all absolutely true lol. Smh. They had no milk for my coffee and not to mention the attitude the check out person had because i asked for a refund due to the fact that they couldn’t make my coffee right
We love Krispy Kreme’s but the service and appearance of this store does not live up to the name. Unfortunately every time we come here there are no variety of doughnuts and no coffee. This picture of the outside pretty much sums up the Krispy Kreme experience at this site☹️
They never have any doughnuts in stock. The whole staff is completely clueless. Might as well shut down if nothing is in stock. Cashiers be in their phone while waiting in line. Fire them all a shut down. Giving them hours for what. Doughnuts are never made. Store always filthy.
The kids they hire at this Kristen kreme is so rude. My husband and I pulled up to order donuts at 9:30 pm on a Friday. The boy on the intercom was very rude. He kept cutting us off. He had an attitude as if we were bothering him on his work day. If these kids are going to work with customers, these managers need to monitor and train them in customer services.
This location needs to do better! They only had 3 flavored donuts available, not including the original flavor, and the employees did nothing but stand around on their phones. Terrible Location!

I love Krispy Kreme, U got to get there early to get the good donuts. The raspberry filled is always gone. Most of their donuts are not made there.
Pumpkin spice donut dense not a lot of pumpkin flavoring. Pumpkin spice cheesecake swirl of white creme and pumpkin swirl on top of donut. Would have been better both inside donut as filling. Flavoring lite.
The side of the parking lot, on the main entrance, was covered with a sticky and very foul smelling, substance. The bathroom was not clean. They were totally out of the original glazed doughnuts, due to the conveyer belt being broken. They had other flavor doughnuts, but were not fresh. Krispy kreme doughnuts are still my all time favorite, but not from this location.
I mean where do I start smh the worst customer service! Worst knowledge about the promotions! Terrible engagement with customers either having no answers or blaming each other for simple tasks! I came to this location seeking the pink strawberry donut that was being advertised everywhere for a limited time & was terribly disappointed! All the donuts on display had the wrong labels in front of them so everything was confusing! I asked about the donuts that were being advertised Which were pink with pink glaze and the Donut itself with strawberry and pink color . The images of the exact doughnut was on display and I didn’t see any made. Other customers were complaining seeking pumpkin spiced donuts so I waited to speak with the manager after them. Once I spoke to the manager I asked about the donuts that were being promoted and he pointed to the donut case to donuts that looked glaze and he told me these exact words “the picture is printed too dark” implying that the donut wasn’t supposed to be as pink as the picture. but you can see in these pictures that the donuts aren’t pink at all the guy on the register goes to say that whoever made the donuts doesn’t know what they’re doing. the manager comes back and tries to convince me to still buy the donuts stating that they taste like strawberry and that they were good. So I asked again where are the pink frosted donuts with the pink strawberry flavor that is being promoted on ads commercials and in the store and he continued to stress that those were the donuts I am Disgusted we were all looking forward to trying those limited edition donuts and we left unsatisfied this extremely is unacceptable
Although the experience took a lot of patience, I'm not going to give this place a bad review. Every employee was working between the register, filing online orders, making specialty donuts, or fixing the machine to make the original donuts. I did wait a while for my walk-in order. I watched as the manager (who was in there in her day off) handled every customer and order with as much professionalism as possible. She and her team were diligent in getting done what needed to get done. I hope their day turned out well. This won't deter me from going there again. I mean, who doesn't like a hot, fresh original Krispy Kreme donut? #HotLightIsOn
