“15 Minutes Waiting… for Cold, Wrong Food” Very disappointed with my recent visit. My food was served cold, my McChicken sandwich had no lettuce—something it’s supposed to come with—and my request for fries with no salt was ignored, as they were served salted. If you order a Caramel Frappe and ask for extra caramel, pay 40 cents extra you should get extra caramel. Without ugly looks from the server when you ask why caramel drizzle is ONLY on the top.

This McDonald’s is terrible. My orders are constantly wrong—today I ordered 1 Oreo McFlurry, and they gave me a coffee instead, even though it’s clearly printed on the receipt. On top of that, they’ve forgotten my fries three different times recently. The staff is rude and careless, and it feels like they don’t care at all about customer service. I’m tired of wasting my time and money here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

TERRIBLE COSTUMERS AND NO WORKERS SERVING US

First off, I literally walked in when the manager (not sure if it was a man or woman so I will just say the manger in the blue shirt at 5:23pm on Sunday March 30), has a line full of people and she tells everybody must use the kiosk to order. So I proceed to the kiosk to place an order for one smoothie and the kiosk was broken. I couldn’t pay nor did it print a receipt to take to the counter. I went to the counter to explain that I used the kiosk but he wasn’t functioning properly and the manager tell me “that’s your problem I’m busy” and continued on packing food. This was by far the worst experience I ever had at an McDonald’s. And all I was trying to do is pay for the smoothie. Never will come back to this location. Idc if it’s closer to my house I’ll take the extra five mins to go down the road. Yall need to really teach yall managers about customer service and professionalism.

I purchased an ice coffee, which i enjoyed. However, the cup cracked after I exited the store. I returned to the counter, and to my surprise, another one was made instead of pouring what I returned into another cup.
