I am leaving this review as I am leaving the McDonald’s every single time I go to this location I have an issue with my order for the past three mornings. I’ve had an issue with my order even though I ordered the same thing every single Time. The first time I told the man I don’t eat meat I just want a Mc griddle with egg and cheese. He of course, puts meat on my sandwich. No eggs and had I not looked at my sandwich. I would have ate it and got sick. The second time I decided to get something different and I got the egg and cheese bagel with breakfast sauce and onions. Of course there’s no breakfast sauce and onions on my breakfast sandwich. Then today they completely messed up my order and luckily this time I stayed in line so I was able to see it and then they told me I need to pull over and wait a while because they have to cook more food. I am literally on my way to work and this is supposed to be a part of my new morning routine. However, they consistently messed up my order. When I have went there late at night, they’ve been disrespectful and when I asked for a manager, they laughed, and the manager always backs the employees where did good customer service go. I’ve said before I’m no longer going to this location but after a while, I always decide I’ll try again and I regret it every time. I’m just gonna cut McDonald’s off as a hole. That’s the only way I won’t ever eat there again. The customer service is extremely poor and whenever they don’t want to do something, they act as though they don’t understand your English almost as if I need to be bilingual and speak Spanish in order to order my food correctly. This location is extremely racist and shows favoritism to Spanish customers and treat African-American customers poorly. I will not be back to this location or any other.

Food was of great quality! Honestly most McDonald's through the DMV area lack freshness but this one served us really hot freshly made good food. The fries were actually golden and perfectly fried. The nuggets perfectly crispy and hot. The bathrooms and the place itself nice and clean!

“15 Minutes Waiting… for Cold, Wrong Food” Very disappointed with my recent visit. My food was served cold, my McChicken sandwich had no lettuce—something it’s supposed to come with—and my request for fries with no salt was ignored, as they were served salted. Attention to detail and food quality were clearly lacking.

If you order a Caramel Frappe and ask for extra caramel, pay 40 cents extra you should get extra caramel. Without ugly looks from the server when you ask why caramel drizzle is ONLY on the top.

This McDonald’s is terrible. My orders are constantly wrong—today I ordered 1 Oreo McFlurry, and they gave me a coffee instead, even though it’s clearly printed on the receipt. On top of that, they’ve forgotten my fries three different times recently. The staff is rude and careless, and it feels like they don’t care at all about customer service. I’m tired of wasting my time and money here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
First off, I literally walked in when the manager (not sure if it was a man or woman so I will just say the manger in the blue shirt at 5:23pm on Sunday March 30), has a line full of people and she tells everybody must use the kiosk to order. So I proceed to the kiosk to place an order for one smoothie and the kiosk was broken. I couldn’t pay nor did it print a receipt to take to the counter. I went to the counter to explain that I used the kiosk but he wasn’t functioning properly and the manager tell me “that’s your problem I’m busy” and continued on packing food. This was by far the worst experience I ever had at an McDonald’s. And all I was trying to do is pay for the smoothie. Never will come back to this location. Idc if it’s closer to my house I’ll take the extra five mins to go down the road. Yall need to really teach yall managers about customer service and professionalism.
