This has been 3 weeks and the ice cream machine is still broke and the tables are still gross and sticky. Plus why does the bathroom always smell like raw sewage everytime I’m here? This place needs to be shut down. How can they get away with the cleanliness of this place?

Because of my appointments, unfortunately I end up here twice a week, sometimes more. This place is so disgusting. The same sticky mess that was on the table last week is still on the table this week. It never gets cleaned. Last week the men’s bathroom had fecal matter all thrown about in there for hours before it was attended to- after numerous people were complaining. As usual the woman’s bathroom smells like raw sewage, blood on the floor and seats and sometimes reminents of drug use.Last week none of the ice cream or coffee products were available- including hot chocolate and they still aren’t available this week. They need all new management and all new staff here. This is just a disgrace.

This is the single most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been to. The employees legit never clean or wipe anything down, the bathroom smells like raw sewerage ALL the time and it also never gets cleaned. Usually blood or fecal matter remains on the commodes. The employees ignore you and the food is never fresh or cooked correctly. I don’t know how this place stays in business.

Ordered DELIVERY through the app, and then the order gets cancelled a few minutes later.Call delivery support and they say that the store cancelled the order.Call the store and they try to tell me that the order was probably put in for lobby.Nah. Y'all just suck and hate making money, obviously. Would do 0 stars if possible.

I had breast cancer was fired for embarrassing my manager because she missed counted the drawers and with my dark skin and 10 years experience she didn’t believe I counted it correctly. Supervisor was there.

Food that I got was fine. But they really need to quality control their radios. They missed some nugget meal I ordered but somehow got the add ons right. This close to a freeway doesn't allow for turn backs when your on a road trip.

My steak egg and cheese McMuffin was sloppily made and no cream and sugar in my large coffee and on top of that NO NAPKINS IN MY BAG .... I honestly can say that I wouldn't care to visit this McDonald's again
