08/09/24 . I placed an order through the McDonald's app and when I arrived to pick up the order they said that the order was not in this location even though I showed my receipt to the manager. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this location. I really feel disappointed because I had faith. ☹️😠

Worse mcdonald’s around… they always have an attitude and serve even worse food… They rush you through the drive thru cutting you off after every word… then get mad at you because they gave you the wrong bag of food? Then my sandwich was dry wit no condiments and the cheese hanging half way off the bread… Mcdonald’s has fallen off in the last decade but this is my last time eating any of their food atp.

The absolute worst McDonalds in this area. Service from the staff is always awful, rude and unprofessional. They serve their food cold with the worst attitudes towards paying customers. I hate this MCDONALD’s in my community so much I try to NEVER GO THERE. On the off chance I have to go there it’s guaranteed the customer service will be Nasty. Maybe this McDonald’s can take a page from Chick-Fil-A’s playbook on GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered 2 items beacon mcdouble and small fries and the total $7.29. Way 2 much especially $3.00 for a SMALL FRIES. Small fries usually cost $1.99 or $2.09. Never go here.
I ordered a happy meal cheeseburger PLAIN, with a Sprite no ice. Two slices of bread, a piece of cheese, a beef patty. Why is that so hard? What did I get? A regular cheeseburger. I'm allergic to pickles, onions, and mustard.
