The manager working jan 23. At 5:20pm on friday is incompetent and does not want to do his job. U will wait for a long time in drive thru once u get there they tell u to come inside because that's where people pick up but their the only mcdonalds that does that in this area. He will be reported to mcdonalds corporation and I once seen him yelling at his own workers. He is ungrateful for his job.

I had a pick up order February 23 @5:28pm and I went through the drive through instead of the manager giving me my order they decided to make me sit and wait as a paying customer telling me constantly to come inside after already sitting in the line, when I pulled up to the window my order was visibly ready to be passed out but the manager told the workers to make me come inside.. I am pregnant and couldn’t come inside someone needs to check this location the manager here he has a serious problem he doesn’t need to be in management at ALL !

I really try to give places grace… but this visit was wild. I ordered a Filet-O-Fish, and what I received was honestly unbelievable. The patty was paper-thin—as in, you could almost see daylight through it. It was so over-fried and flattened that it looked more like a crispy cracker with tartar sauce than an actual fish filet.
I’ve had plenty of Filet-O-Fish sandwiches at other locations, and this was nowhere near the standard. The quality control here needs serious attention. For the price of fast food these days, customers deserve at least the full portion of what they paid for, not whatever this was.
The staff were polite at pickup, but the kitchen execution was unacceptable. I hope management sees this and tightens up consistency because we deserve better!

I cant think of the manager or supervisor name but she was Hispanic and old she was rude and made it seem like I was lieing about not gettin something I paid for when I clearly didnt plus it was a 4$ sandwich im not about to lie about that I even offered for her to search my car if she wanted to but of course she didnt proceed to tell me she did it her self so she know it was so I told her people do make mistakes and told her to check the camera if she felt like she did cuz clearly it wasn't in the bag but it was on my receipt so I had to argue back and forth with her just to give me a sandwich it was breakfast time and I only went for my son I didnt really care for the sandwich for real but once u tell me im lieing and dont have proof I dont like that because I was still clearly in the drive thru window if I was yall go to another McDonald's they always forgetting something and this ain't my first time with this McDonald's 👎🏽👎🏽

I ordered my favorite meal, filet-O-fish fish with fries. The filet was small and dry. The cheese was sparse. I don't know what McDonald's has done to the nice fully bun they once used. But I hate the new flat one. Additionally, my bun was scorched and tasteless. I'll not order it again. The only thing I will order from McDonald's is the fries.

I ordered a coffee with creamer and 2 sugars, so they gave me hot water. They also gave me my chicken sandwich… but with no chicken. Maybe a Halloween invisible chicken(special edition). I would have turned back if it wasn’t for the traffic.
I went to The McDonald's by Central ave and Richie Marlboro rd Today. The fish sandwich was good, But the large fries were a JOKE. After eating a few fries , i was able to look in the bag ( driving) and saw....After probably 6 fries , what was left ! The "skimpiest" LARGE fries , I ever saw ! ! If it wasn't for it being rush-hour , I would have turned around and asked for the manager. $9 and some change, for this JOKE. I WON'T be ordering from this place anymore. Anyone else can take their own chances.

I went through the drive through and got a frappe which i paid for with my card i asked if i could add espresso to it and the woman in the drive through said not unless i have cash and refused to add espresso without cash she wouldnt let me use my card … it didnt even make sense

This McDonald's is the one we go to after school almost every school day this year! The employee are friendly service was good ! The food is always fresh! This restaurant has a lot of Latinas working there it gives me a chance to use the Spanish Language. My Latinas are Queens !
Kid-friendliness: My grankids love this McDonald's it's always decorated for every holiday!
