Great food and great staff. Carlos and Elena (sorry if misspelled that) were friendly and provided great customer service. Got a chicken kebab rice/salad bowl with multiple toppings and everything was delicious so compliments to the cook as well. I’m also a fan of Mediterranean and middle eastern food so I go to mezeh often.

Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars, is because I specifically asked if the baklava had cashews, and staff said no, pistachio. My daughter has severe cashew allergies and has an immediate anaphylactic reaction. Once she felt better, I looked it up, and of course there was cashew.
Staff should be trained on allergens

Long story short, on 9/2/24 I saw a roach come from under the counter, near the rice options, while I was placing my order. It moved so fast I was unable to record it. I told the lady fixing my bowl and I walked out.

This is my home MEZEH. The staff is generally friendly. The food is very fresh, they always have all items, if you haven't tried the caramelized eggplant. You gotta get it, it's a must. When you are in this area, take the healthy but easy option and come here!
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, I order online to save some time and I thought my order was gonna be done once I got there. However when I got there my order wasn’t even completed. I asked, were my order and they told me they were gonna make it for me now. I was so confused because I ordered online, it was supposed to be finish by now? Not only that, they took 15 mins to look for the junior bowls since they didn’t have any. When I asked why they didn’t have my order done when I came and they told me “we were busy” but there were barely any customers.

Skip the crunchy chickpeas, they are like Gobstoppers, and the steak was a little tough. The delicious flavors of everything else in my bowl make up for that and still leave me giving 5 stars. The roasted vegetables, falafel, and casaer dressing were particularly great.

I enjoy Mezeh. I think Mezeh is definitely a great option over Chipotle. The Bowls are delicious because you select your toppings, and dressings. I did go here for lunch yesterday around 1:20pm and the staff there was definitely rude. It was my mom and I and because of how we wanted to add more meat (They shake the spoon just like Chipotle) and makes sure to give you a very very very small portion of meat it. When you ask for a little more they catch a attitude with the sighing, the rolling of their eyes and just attitude. I usually brush it off but my mom definitely received more attitude than I did. They stepped away spoke to one another, looked at my mom and rolled their eyes. We were in total shock. I can brush a lot of stuff off but she was definitely offended because we normally get great customer service here. I know everyone is not to blame for a few people but respect is something my family and I believe in because working in service is bad enough.
But beyond our experience the bowl was beyond delicious. Everything paired so perfectly. I like the cleanliness of the restaurant and usually I like the staff because they are pleasant

Hello I had recently just came to this mezeh location for the mezeh bowl and I am highly disappointed I found a roach in my food I was not going to bother to finish eating it that ruined my whole entire day I will most definitely not be coming back to this mezeh location anymore this is terrible I had never experienced anything like this please be careful before eating anything from here and check to make sure there are no crawlers inside your food.
