I have gone through this drive-through multiple times and even gone in for pickup after making orders online ...so I can go in and out...somehow their time management is off or they just dont respect the time of their customers. How can one be in a drive-through for 15-20 mins or wait to pickup for 5-10 mins. If you dont have enough staff, please hire...or set up a time system to monitor how fast workers respond to customers. If I have options in that area, I would avoid this location because wasting of time is perculiar to this location.

I came inside on 1/8/2026 around 8PM. Whoever’s the female lead or supervisor was needs be fired ASAP. She’s very rude and unprofessional! She was rude to her staff and customers. I guess she was trying to prove she was in charge. She had us waiting for almost 25 mins while she was bossing everyone around. Then the food was cold. I got a Cub meal which I didn’t know came with only 4 walnut shrimp in it. So I asked the server if she could give me extra I will pay for it. She was new and didn’t know that she could give extra in a kids meal. Once I got the like that cashier basically said the same thing. So he asked her what he needed to do. She was very rude to him, then proceeded to dump my child food out and say I needed to buy the bigger meal if I wanted the extra shrimp. She then turned to the new employee and yelled at her for making a mistake. I was so pissed but I didn’t say anything just paid for the bigger one. I won’t be coming back here, customer service is everything to me. She makes Panda Express look really bad ! And her whole team was very miserable the whole time!!! She need to be a better leader! And set a better example for new employees.

Special thanks to the store manager mool I was just there on Friday food was delicious everything was fresh all the workers were working I wanted to use my app but I left my phone at home the manager was nice enough to help me out so I was still able to get what I wanted to get I was so happy 😁 she made my day. THANKS!

I had a disturbing experience at this Panda Express. The employee, Jesusa, threw money at me and hit me in the face, which I consider a form of assault. This behavior was completely unacceptable, aggressive, and unprovoked. Shockingly, the manager Luis witnessed everything and chose to do nothing, allowing her behavior to continue while delaying service for other customers.

Jesusa’s actions were not just unprofessional, they were violent. I will be filing a police report, and I strongly believe she should be terminated immediately. No customer should ever be physically disrespected in this way. I will also be reporting this to Panda Express corporate and expect serious action to be taken.

Very nasty restaurant with nasty bathrooms. Greedy employees as well. Also they forgot food fromy bag and they didn't apply the military discount. All around very bad experience.
