I ordered a square cut large pizza and they gave me a regular cut large pizza with toppings that I didn’t ask for and my pizza was cold. I tried asking for my money back and now they are rudely hanging up on me once they hear my voice or my name.

The food is always good but the customer service is bad, unprofessional and unkind. I walked in happy, smiling and greeting people and they looked at me like I was the problem. Then it’s a lady with freckles on her face that looks like the manager, was the unprofessional one. I said hello, how are you doing? She responded what’s your name for your order. All I’m saying is if you don’t like your job quit.
