The food is always good but the customer service is bad, unprofessional and unkind. I walked in happy, smiling and greeting people and they looked at me like I was the problem. Then it’s a lady with freckles on her face that looks like the manager, was the unprofessional one. I said hello, how are you doing? She responded what’s your name for your order. All I’m saying is if you don’t like your job quit.

Waited 2 hours for my pizza , they claimed they knocked on the door and never did , so I redid the order and they brought me the same pizza from 2 hours ago , the pizza was flat and cold , there customer service WAS TERRIBLE !!! Never

I ordered wings and cheese sticks via mobile app when I was completing the order it asked did I want to add bacon for extra. I selected yes. The picture had the bacon covered on the cheesesticks. When I came to pick up the order the lady behind the counter looked at me then turned and started putting stickers on the boxes. Once I stood and waited for her to complete this task that apparently took priority over greeting and assisting a customer, she turned and asked what I wanted. I told her my order and name she went and looked gave me my order I peeked at the wings then left out. After I left I opened the cheesestick box realizing I did not check to make sure it was good. When I opened the box. There literally was 3 pieces of bacon(I had to squint to see that) bits on the pizza. I call the store and explain. The girl asked me am I sure that it's only 3 bacon bits on there because she saw it made. I say oh you did well I am going to bring it back and you can show me where all the bacon is. I go back in she stares at me and the cheesesticks for a minute then says ok so what you want more bacon. I was like listen this is not what I paid for it dont even look like the picture. Extra was all over it. She takes it to the guy making it they talk for a while literally a while then she comes and says he is going to make it again. This time it was made correctly!

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! My parents were in town so I decided to order a couple pizzas and wings. I ordered 3 pizzas, and 2 orders of wings just before 7pm on a Saturday. I figured it would take some time but the app told me 30-40 minutes. I received an alert saying the order was on the way. Around the time my delivery should have arrived, I noticed a truck outside my house, sat there for about 5 minutes and then left. I assumed it was just a random person. I gave it some more time (again, Saturday evening with a big order). Finally, I called the store to check in on my order, 40 minutes past what I was quoted. The person who answered the phone seemed annoyed to be working. I asked about my order and was told 10-20 more minutes. Naturally, I was frustrated with this so I asked if I could receive something for free to compensate for them being extremely late. I was told they were very busy and a lot of orders were going to be late. This did not make any sense to me and did not feel like arguing so I just said okay.30 minutes later, still no order. I called back and the same woman answered the phone. When I asked about my order the woman told me 10 more minutes. At this point I furious!! I told the woman that now the order was over an hour late and I keep being told to wait MORE TIME. The woman then tells me, “It’s not my problem, I am not the driver and we are about to close.” CLOSE?!! I hadn’t received my order yet and now I am being told they are closing?? I asked to speak with the manager in which I was told there was not a manager on duty and would have to call back. I asked if I could receive a refund and was told again that I needed to call back tomorrow to speak with the manager.Finally, the driver shows up and what do you know? It was the truck from earlier! I asked him if he was here earlier and he said yes. He thought he had my order but did not. I understand mistakes happen but it would have been nice is someone called me or something to let me know there was a mix up and my order would be much later than promised. I would’ve been understanding.I received an email asking me to fill out a survey asking how my recent order/experience was. I filled it out, pretty much with the description from above. The next day, I received an email from Lashawn, the GM. I was given an apology and was told they strive for the best. Then was told they wanted to make it right so either reply to the email or call. I decided to email so everything would be documented. In my reply, I asked for a full refund due to my order taking over 2 hours to receive and mainly because of the customer service. I waited a few days and never heard back from Lashawn. I then received another email asking how everything was corrected. I responded stating it had not been corrected yet as I had yet to receive a refund. I did not hear anything from this. I emailed Lashawn again a few days later checking in on my refund. Never heard anything from him. I recently sent him yet another email and still have yet to hear anything.I will never order from here again. At least not from this location but most likely never from Papa John’s in general. They clearly do not care about making things right when they make mistakes and they seem annoyed having to provide customer service.

Don’t order from this location. on multiple occasions including right now the website updated saying my food was delivered and it never was;I tried calling the store and no one answered and then the store closed. Can’t even contact customer service to get a refund because all they have is a feedback form and the papa chat that doesn’t even let you talk to a person and just refers you back to the website

I ordered from my local PJ and asked for no contact delivery. When my order arrived the driver called. I explained to him please leave the pizza and wings to the left of the door in the chair. He proceeded to tell pizza is here. He never hung up the phone so I could hear him outside my house. I continued to say please leave it in the chair. The driver then went back to sit in his car. Still no pizza at my door. After about ten minutes, he was still outside my house. He then started banging on my door. I called papa John’s and the person who answered said he was the assistant manager. I explained to him that I asked several times for the driver to leave the order on the chair. My order was paid for and the tip was included, so there was no need to sit outside my residence. The assistant manager stated that the driver doesn’t speak English. I said so why did he call if he can’t speak English. Sooo I said get someone who speaks his language to call him. The assistant manger said “I don’t have his phone number.” How does this make sense. Further more it doesn’t give a reason for him to bang on my door when I said “please leave and go away before I call the police.” I have never experienced something so crazy. Moral of the story when I finally got my food, immediately after he pulled off, it was cold.

Stood in front of the window for about 5 to 6 mins before the lady bothered to look up and even acknowledge me. She was on the phone. At least she could have said, “ I’ll be right with u”. First and last time visiting. Communication is everything. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Go somewhere else.
