Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The 5 young men, plus the manger Marquette was very attentive and so polite to the customers as well as to one another. All of them worked so well together, helping one another... A true example of teamwork...I live 20 minutes from that location, I'm considering passing the 4 Popeyes located in my area, just to return there...
Those young men were amazing.

I hate this location! These people are so damn slow, I don’t know how they ever keep any business.

This is the only Popeyes I order from because I love the service I receive each time. Carlos is great.

Everytime I come here it’s a long wait time no matter what time of day inside or drive thru, they get upset when you mention the forgotten items that you paid for.

I had a terrible experience at this location and will not be returning. The store manager displayed very poor customer service. As a transgender woman, I was shocked when the manager discreetly mentioned my gender identity to one of his employees, assuming I wouldn’t hear. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone senior to the store manager. I only came here to purchase food, not to be harassed or made to feel unwelcome.

We were standing in line for a few minutes before anyone even asked to take our order. I actually had to say something and then they still took a while and there were several employees available. One worker seem to have an attitude when I asked a question so other than that it was good.

Went thru the drive through placed an order for 3 tenders fries side of red beans n rice and lemonade on my way to.work.Got all the way to work and...NO CONDIMENTS! NO RECEIPT! NOTHING ON THE BAG. I ordered mild tenders got spicy. Called back 3.times to speak to the manager, No one answered the phone. The young people working at the window need EXTENSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.

Popeyes should have a way to get his customers refunded if any mistakes made , human mistake or malfunctioning system , wether the order was placed thrue the app or online period. I am sure a manager in the store can help and do something about it if the problem can’t be solved thrue the app , but sometimes like today at this particular location the manager there was completely no help , The manager of this store behaved very inhumane saying that she couldn’t do anything for me and that either I took the food I had ordered or lost my money and food if I didn’t take the food at that time, I found it very inhumane and nothing of good customer service as a manager has to be and do. I have worked at Popeyes in the past and I know there are ways to be helpful and be able to help customers resolve bad sircumstances .
Beside that I also noticed very bad wait time on the drive through window . In order for store to succeed and have good reviews a good work flow a manager has to be an A+ but my opinion ; this one here is E-
