I love Sonic and their food the lady was very nice! It’s in a very nice location next to Baltimore and DC and Virginia it’s in a town center next to a hotel the lady checked our orders it was very nice she was being as great as she can. It’s time for the real review! So I ordered the Sonic Cheeseburger and I asked for only cheese and they gave me a grilled cheese with only cheese! I can’t eat that I am kind of allergic so I was very mad that I paid for a burger and get a grilled cheese a burger is 3$ more than I grilled cheese 3$ wasted right now I am waiting in line to question and return this stuff 2 star

Late at night, I found myself craving something to eat, so I decided to swing by the drive-thru at Sonic. As I placed my order, I anticipated a satisfying meal, but when the food arrived, I was left feeling underwhelmed for the hefty $30 price tag. We ordered two combos, one of which was the double bacon cheeseburger. To my surprise, when I unwrapped it, I discovered it contained a single half slice of bacon, generously slathered in mayonnaise. The burger was hot, but it lacked the flavor and value I expected. Despite having been to Sonic before, this experience might be the last time I choose to visit.

I went to this place a 10 pm the drive thru girl with the curly hair very rude as I’m getting ready to pay I wanted to confirm my order she gave me the wrong drink order when I told her no I specifically asked for these 2 drinks she went on to be rude and walk away I didnt even want my order at that point anymore such a disappointment and reading all their reviews they need better staff. No need to be rude when you made a simple mistake.

I waited in line 4 minutes before I was asked for my order. The hotdog was soaked in relish and warm at best. This Sonic is a no for me.

Waited over 40 minutes in the mobile pick up to get my order. When I asked the lady about my order, she got annoyed with me and didn't help. I found someone else there to help me. Everything tasted really good but I was shown little respect as a customer. Can't call the store because all I got was a busy signal. Not the way to treat repeat customers.
Update: I used the link provided in the owner's feedback. I was offered a free shake for my inconvenience. I contacted the 800 number and I was offered a free cheeseburger. Sonic doesn't give a s*** about their customers. Here is a copy and paste from the conversation....

Just got a diet cherry limeade. Drove off and took a sip, it’s just carbonated water with red coloring, no flavor at all. Should have went back.
Place is still looking but the food was so good. I try that dollar smashburger and it was bumpin.

The place is horrible. The young lady had an attitude when you gave us our food. We also asked for extra ketchup which she responded its in the bag. We said extra. She never came back out. We ordered through the mobile app. When the food came out it was cold. So, My husband had to go up to the window just to let them know food was cold and please remake it. This time a gentleman came out and gave me the food . The food was still cold . We just threw it in the trash. The only good thing was our sodas. I will never come here again

Drive Thru needs an upgrade. Speaker, MENU option, ability to see what is being entered...just a total overhaul from corporate. Paper container to hold multiple cups should be the norm not the exception. Other than this, my kids love Sonic...so Food is 5/5.
