Ordered 3 meals got the wrong drink for 1 asked for a diet cherry limeade she gave me a coke zero ordered a bottle water gave me my food and left i waited for her to come back to the window asked for the water she then say oh we anit got none smh so she gave me a large cup of water which I didn't mine then get home to see she gave me the wrong sandwich will definitely not be going back to this place worst store ever get better management

Slow as molasses would be an understatement. 🐌 🐌 🐌 Pretty sure the store is gaming their service time metrics - order was immediately cleared from board, then finally came out after flagging someone down - nearly a HALF HOUR LATER (corporate should probably 10x their service times for a reasonable actual metric). Mind you, this was for 2 drinks. This store is a JOKE and run by clowns 🤡 🤡 🤡

This place is Hit and Miss. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not. I highly recommend checking your food for freshness before leaving. But I would not recommend doordashing food from here

The Happy Hour drinks are the reason I go. I am not a fan of their food.
It is the first Sonic I have seen with a drive through and walk-in to order areas.
The workers were moving fast, but it was taking a very long time for the pull up and order section, so we went through drive through, and that moved pretty fast.
We wanted to do 2 orders and were very rudely told we can only do one order in the drive through.
They move way too slow to have those kinds of rules.
I will only go during Rush Hour and keep my order very simple.

The employees are a bit lazy and obviously don't take their job seriously. So I ordered a Blast which came with Chocolate Ice Cream And candy inside of it. I waited for a while like 25 minutes so I knew that it was probably going to be melted when it got to me. The waitress brought it out to me and sure enough it was melted so I asked could they redo it and she agreed. She brought me back out what I thought was a new one but upon inspecting it all they did was add some fresh vanilla ice cream on top of it and put candy on top of it to make it look new. I didn't even want to fuss with them anymore so I just went on and left but laziness like that is such a turn off because it can't be that much of an issue for you all to just redo the order. And to try to deceive the customer because you want to be lazy and don't feel like making it over is just a slap in the face and a bad representation for the company.

I went to Sonic today and they completely messed up my order 3 times. A kids meal that no one seemed to be able to put cheese on the burger. I went around the 3 time the slapped a piece of cold cheese on the sandwich. Which was gross the lady at the window was really nice. I ordered cheese sticks were hard. Just a waste
