The customer service at this location needs a lot of work. The staff do not make you feel welcomed and do not seem sincere to help. I have come to this location a few times and each time I ask myself why. It’s such a drastic difference than other locations. One manager I spoke to was very helpful and the other had the same energy as the staff members.

I ordered thru the drive thru, asked for LIGHT ICE they proceed to put EXTRA ICE. I had to pull up and wait for 10mins just for a worker to bring out a cup of MILK. ZERO STARS

Ordered online for medicine ball with tweaks. The problem was both teabag tags were IN my coffee, which is disgusting. I naturally assume someone fingers touch it 🤢🤮

I’ve never had an issue with this location before, but today was terrible. I ordered my usual drink through the app this morning: a grande Pike with 4 pumps of hazelnut, 4 sugars, and a splash of milk. When I arrived, the barista was making a drink that looked the color of a latte, so I assumed it wasn’t mine but she called my name after completing it.
I let her know it had far too much cream (I only ordered a splash). She immediately got an attitude, took the drink back, and started remaking it. When she handed it to me again, it was just plain Pike with no additions, and she shooed me toward the self-serve station, telling me I could add cream and sugar myself. I pointed out that she hadn’t added the hazelnut, and she rudely said, “I didn’t add anything!” I reminded her I had paid for hazelnut, so she took it back again and then placed it in front of me without any acknowledgment.
I’m certain I didn’t get the full pumps I paid for, as I could barely taste or smell the hazelnut until I reached the bottom of the cup. If I hadn’t been running late, I would have made her prepare it correctly, but I had no choice but to leave. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Rude service is unacceptable especially when I’m a paying customer who orders the same drink regularly.

Nothing out of the ordinary for menu or selection and the building itself is in a nice location easy access etc. While everything just conveys is your typical options for a Starbucks the waiting time for this location is not. This is the second time in a week at this location. The drive through and inside were both backed up considerably on both separate occasions. The order consisted of 1 coffee flat white and the order took much longer than anticipated. The espresso shot had been extracted for too long, resulting in a bitter, dry, and unpleasant taste. The staff inside were going at a snail pace from those prepping the food orders to the barista prepping the espresso shots. It appears to be a building location issue not a Starbucks issue.

I really want to love this store but they make it so hard to. It’s very inconsistent, I order the same 3 drinks and I can guarantee AT LEAST once a week I have to ask for it to be remade. It’s in such a convenient location so my desperation for coffee makes me go back but I hate their inconsistency. For instance today I had the most bitter matcha with clumped up chunks of it floating in my drink……
The customer service here is hit or miss, same with the taste of the beverages. On my most recent visit there was a long strand of hair at the bottom of my spinach and feta wrap. Disgusting. I was already cutting back on Starbucks, but this was the nail in the coffin. I'm done.

This location is full of chivalry when it comes to the store customers. I’ve come to location several times but my matcha latte and asking for warm a warm danish is been lacking. The lines are wrapped around the building. I don’t mind the wait. The employees are friendly. I’m striking out on good tea, coffee and flavor. There needs to be balance between good service customer service and quality product. I don’t recommend going inside there are waits times in access of 20 minutes or longer to get your order.
