I really want to love this store but they make it so hard to. It’s very inconsistent, I order the same 3 drinks and I can guarantee AT LEAST once a week I have to ask for it to be remade. It’s in such a convenient location so my desperation for coffee makes me go back but I hate their inconsistency. For instance today I had the most bitter matcha with clumped up chunks of it floating in my drink……

The customer service here is hit or miss, same with the taste of the beverages. On my most recent visit there was a long strand of hair at the bottom of my spinach and feta wrap. Disgusting. I was already cutting back on Starbucks, but this was the nail in the coffin. I'm done.

This location is full of chivalry when it comes to the store customers. I’ve come to location several times but my matcha latte and asking for warm a warm danish is been lacking. The lines are wrapped around the building. I don’t mind the wait. The employees are friendly. I’m striking out on good tea, coffee and flavor. There needs to be balance between good service customer service and quality product. I don’t recommend going inside there are waits times in access of 20 minutes or longer to get your order.

Terrible customer service, one girl wasn’t able to count change properly and argued with us about it and now they aren’t able to add anything to your order if you forgot at that window. Just overall, always a bad experience, drinks are never made properly.

By far the worst customer service Starbucks location. 1. Wrong/improper drinks made 2. The store says open at 6am however, I have had to wait in the drive through over 20 minutes past 6am due to not "enough" staff to open on time. 3. Frequently out of items to properly make a drink. 4. When voicing concerns to management, I was met with rudeness and disrespect.

This Starbucks is continuously slow they do not serve customers well. They rarely get the orders correct even if they are mobile orders with instructions clearly printed. It makes no sense that regardless of time of day of the number of staff member available drinks are continuously made slowly were waits often exceed 10 mins. If no stars were available i would choose that option

I should’ve looked at the reviews before even going to this Starbucks. This is my first time coming to this location because I always go to other Starbucks that are near me who always go beyond for their customers. I went around 1:30pm on Sunday and ordered a gingerbread oatmilk chai. I told her I had a mobile order and from there I already knew something was going to happen just by how unprofessional she was speaking. I waited for a while in the drive thru line to receive just a chai without the cold foam and no pumpkin spice. I told the lady that was taking the orders and she was rude saying it didn’t come with the cold foam or spice trying to act like I didn’t know what I ordered. I showed her and she still didn’t care and proceed to tell me that’s how the drink is. This wasn’t my first time ordering this drink, I ORDER IT EVERYTIME!!! Treat your customers with respect just like how you want to be treated! I have never been to a Starbucks that has been unprofessional like these people. I recommend not spending your money here and going somewhere else because that’s unacceptable.
Someone just put their ankle bone in my iced caramel macchiato tonight!!! (That's a good thing btw) I drink a good amount of starbucks and this was the best drink I've had in a long while. Tbh, this location rarely misses. Cheers to yall for consistently having expert level baristas! Keep up the good work!!

The woman working the drive-through today, Saturday, had no idea what a sickle doodle hot chocolate was—this is the worst customer service at this location. The young lady overtalks me and still gets the order wrong. Listening is fundamental! If you don't like working there, find another place to work, ma'am. Starbucks is NOT the place for you, period!!! Awful!
