Stop by at the drive thru they were close 2 hours early …..i didnt know this info until i got out of the car and try to go inside with a note on the door sorry we are closing early (6pm) which at the time i went in it was 6.33pm and there were still 2 workers there ? Should update

The worst customer service ever in drive thru and the vanilla bean drink I wanted wasn’t made right and was vey messy and when asked to whip it off I was given a nasty attitude and the girl walked off. Someone else had to come fix the drink and nothing was done about the issue

The turn over is really high, so it's hard to get someone to make your beverage just the way you like it. ~V.??Parking: Use the Drive-thru.
I had a sore throat and had been drinking medicine balls all week (from other locations). I was in the area picking up food, so I decided to stop through the drive-thru to order another. The guy stated "We don't have the peppermint syrup to make it". I said back to him "For a medicine ball?". He responded sarcastically, "yeah, that's what goes in it". I didn't feel like going back and forth with him about how there is no peppermint syrup in a medicine ball. I also didn't trust having my drink made there, seeing how they don't know what goes in certain drinks. I simply stated "Never mind, thank you!" and drove off. Please train your employees properly!
