I will never come to this location again. I use to come here once a week. It’s literally 1 minute from my house but the service is bad. I ordered online and showed up to see my food sitting there and cold for 10 minutes before he decided to go back to it. When I said I didn’t want it he threw everything on it and made a mess and tried to tell me I have to take it because he didn’t feel like he took that long. I never got a cold toasted rotisserie chicken sub from there ever in my life before today. lol ima just go up the street from now up. This place is terrible.

When you order online, wait 20 min, before going inside and there are no other guests, yet the staff has not begun to create your order.🤷🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️Then, they don't even have the bread you requested in the order. Do the Math. Also, when I asked for a refund, either he did not want to, or did not know how. Sandwich was trash. Subway is worse than ever. The Meat quality is gross, and the quantity is abysmal.

The male worker at this Subway was very rude and never honors any coupons Subway prints out. For example, I had a buy footlong, get one free coupon. My son wanted The Great Garlic sub. Bacon comes on the sub, as listed in the ingredients that is advertised on their menu. He tried to say that this is extra and there is an additional charge. He also said that the coupon does not cover this. I told him that my son didn't request extra bacon, he just wanted the sub as it was listed on the menu. He got very nasty with me, and I told him that I would report him to the corporate office and left. I went to another Subway and they honored the coupon and these young ladies were very professional and gave great customer service. The restaurant was very clean and the food was neatly organized. DO NOT SUPPORT THE ADDISON ROAD LOCATION!! The man is very rude to customers in our community, doesn't honor Subway's coupons as written, AND CHEATS and ROBS CUSTOMERS BY OVERCHARGING FOR ITEMS THAT AUTOMATICALLY COME ON THE SUB!!
