Wait time is way too long !

One of my favorite Caribbean restaurants disappointed today. I placed an online order at 8pm. Received all confirmations. Received a text at 8:20pm that my order was ready. My manfriend went to pick it up and walked out at 9:30pm. He waited an hour. It doesn’t take that long to cook it. The food was not ready, the staff acted as if they were confused and offered not commendation for the inconvenience. I will have to find another spot.

I ordered food, very good. I got the Oxtail, spinach rice and cabbage all excellent. Will definitely be ordering again.

I called to order two beef patties and the lady going be like they don’t have any ready and had to cook them and basically sounded like it was an inconvience for me to even be calling and acted like she didn’t want to take my order like who does that? Won’t be visiting here ever! poor customer service like who does that. I’ll take my money somewhere better ??‍♀️ and this place wonders why they have horrible reviews! Get it together!

I used to frequent this restaurant, but my experience yesterday has led me to vow never to return. I ordered soup and a patty online at 12 PM, expecting to pick it up by 12:25 PM. I arrived on time, but after waiting almost ten minutes in line, the staff took another five to retrieve my order.

When I was finally told to wait an additional five minutes, I explained my time constraints. However, after ten more minutes with no food, I requested a refund. The staff asked for my number, promising to call me with the refund, but I never received that call. I’ve since disputed the charge with my bank. #TRASHCUSTOMERSERVICE!

A1 service. Came late night 1030pm and everything was made fresh. Chef and cooks were very friendly and accommodating. Roti with curry goat and jerk chicken wings were amazing. The Jerk chicken with rice and cabbage was a bit dry but dipped it in the jerk wings sauce and it’s amazing. Cake/ sweets were good to try out too very sweet. Will be back to try more

Definitely a taste of the Caribbean. Nicely tucked away and excellent taste. Definitely a hidden Caribbean gem

Waste of time. Prices too high. Small portions, doubles $6.95 for no reason when it is a snack. I ordered roti and I got two piece of old chicken , no channa, no potato. Never again. Only the beef Patties were decent. Did not eat it, was not tasting fresh or smelling fresh.

Yet another restaurant where people work as if they don't want to, garbage service and excessive wait times.

This place has really good food. The customer service is horrible!!! They don’t care I assume because it’s family owned. Ordered door dash, they told 3 different drivers there was no order under my name. I had to call for someone to look at the iPad and find my order. Then after waiting a hr 1/2 for beef patties rice and planitains. They never put the beef patties in the bag, then said I had to order again!!! Worst experience ever!

The service is absolutely HORRENDOUS!!! They frequently run out of menu items and if you are unfortunate enough to have to order through a food delivery app be prepared for them to cancel your delivery. I’m not sure if it’s poor management but they’ve canceled my orders several times. One time I had to tell them to at least call to see if I wanted to substitute my order ?. One time I called 45 minutes ahead to place a pick up order and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food. RIDICULOUSNESS! They have got to get it together.

The female (light skinned) working the register/taking orders is RUDEEE. I was so excited to try this place but after hearing her attitude I walked right back out the door. Hell nah. Customer service is everything, and trust as long as she’s working here this business WILL fail.

Was craving a chicken patty and found this spot on Google. My mom and I decided to pull up and let me tell you!!…You could smell the aroma as we walked up. I knew instantly this was THE place! What initially was supposed to be a quick run in and grab a patty turned into ordering food for the whole fam. That’s how good it smelled when we walked in. We just finished eating as a fam and Everything was ?. Like fr-fr. Highly recommend this spot!

Oh and I cannot leave a review without giving Odessa a kudos for her patience and superb customer service! My fam is quite indecisive and when I tell you we kept going back and forth trying to make sure we got everyone’s order right over the phone (which can be annoying for me, but it did not bother her not even the slightest (I guess I need to work a little bit harder on my patience ?. Thanks Odessa for the teachable moment ??). Nonetheless, Odessa was awesome! Thanks for your help and we’ll def be back!
