I ordered chicken sausage and turkey pepperoni deep dish pizza, and it was absolutely disgusting. First of all, the pizza wasn't done in the center and the bottom was soggy. The top and bottom of the pizza was hot, but the center was lukewarm. Furthermore, the pizza was bland. Ordered through DoorDash and NEVER again.

Yeahhhhh this place is definitely overhyped. I guess it’s because the locals are so fond of the owner. I have to admit, very nice ppl, friendly environment…but this is NOT Chicago deep dish. Sauce is sweet and leaves a lot to be desired…crust is meh…the cheese in my pie wasn’t even all the way melted. Flavors weren’t there. Just kinda gross if we being honest. Sucks I wanted to love this place

Great people and food! I was late for my order due to a car accident on the road. They were understanding and super friendly when handing the pizza. The pizza itself is amazing! Buttered up crust, fresh pi,za sauce you can tell isn't from the can, and the combination of cheese??????. Will come back again!

Phenomenal pizza. We used to eat at PI Pizza before they closed when we came to visit. This is a hole in the wall and is a must stop if you are ordering pizza to go. This is some of the best pizza I've had and tops and will compete with any of the establishments in Chicago or St. Louis.Great price for the portions you get.Greatl blending of tastes. Each was very good. Customer service was exceptional. Wish this was a chain restaurant.I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

What is there to say about DC Chi Pie that hasn't already been said? Although it's temporarily home based, that has not impeded the quality of the pie I ordered. Ms. Margaret was warm and very delightful. The pie was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and filling (just one slice was enough). DC Chi Pie is my new "go to" when I want pizza!!!!! Thank you Ms. Margaret and DC Chi Pie for a FABULOUS MEAL!

They are currently working out of a house since the grocery store they were located in closed down. Just be sure to give them a call to make sure you’re at the right place! The pizza is as amazing as the reviews led me to believe. Rich sauce good amount of toppings and can survive an hour long car ride and still be amazing! Even if you don’t normally eat crust you won’t want to throw away the buttery and crumbly crust.
