The pizzas are SO good and they are not frugal with the toppings. The bread pudding was so good too and the perfect dessert. If you have your doubts bc of the price, didn't, it's worth it. The small could easily serve 3-4 ppl

I was really excited to try DC Chi Pie as I have an itch for Chicago deep dish that I have to scratch every now and again. Upon the pizza’s arrival (Uber Eats delivery), I broke off a piece of the crust and thought this could be good. Unfortunately, when I took on a slice, I found the sauce way too sweet, and it looks like the chef also had a heavy hand on the salt in some areas of the pie. All that heavy sweet and salty killed any chance of a positive review, sadly. If they could fix those issues, the pizza would be pretty good. As of right now, I have to say the closest thing to good Chicago deep dish in the DMV is Della Barba

This is our favorite pizza spot in the entire city! Their Chicago deep dish pizzas are delicious! We've tried pepperoni, salmon, and classic tomato sauce pizza and ALL OF THEM were great! We regularly order and always pick it up ourselves, so we also get to chat with the owners. They are very sweet and nice people, and they always make sure that we are satisfied with our order. Absolutely recommend this place!

I live in Northern Virginia and luckily while visiting my friend in DC, stumbled across this hidden gem. Seriously impressive Chicago deep dish pizza anywhere in the DMV. Family owned business providing friendly service and impeccable deep dish pizza with a smile.
The pizza arrived and was not cut. It was watery because it was not completely cooked. The sauce was also sweet. However the crust was homemade. I will not be ordering from this place again. Sooo disappointed

Absolutely amazing pizza! We ordered via Uber Eats and it arrived warm and fresh! The box was also tapped shut which I very much appreciated. The pizza was the “deepest” pizza I’ve had in a long while with tons of cheese!

I’ve been a fan of DC Chi Pie since their start and my last experience is one of the many reasons I continue to remain a customer, along with my family!
There was a small glitch on the website on a day they were closed to celebrate a family member. My order slipped through the cracks. Once they contacted me, I let them know that they could cancel. Family comes first.
Lo and behold they made some adjustments to support my order and still maintain their family commitment.
Many thanks and the pizza was high quality and delicious as per usual.
Our birthday celebration with my son in law was even better because his favorite food AND now favorite pizza was a part of our celebration.
