Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This location is literally the slowest location i have ever been to. You will sit in the drive thru line for atleast 30-45 mins and you can’t get out once you’re in line. The staff also have no type of customer service and are extremely rude. They don’t say hello or you’re welcome. Something needs to be done here.

Update i went back to this location over the weekend to see if they improved. Big mistake. I ordered a detox island green and got a smoothie with sweetener. I ordered a bowl and got one that was premade 4 days ago without the added stuff that i paid for. This location is the worst one i have ever been too. You get attitudes from every worker.

The staff is incredibly slow considering they only make smoothies and premade sandwich’s. Do not come here if you’re ever in a rush. A smoothie takes 30min to make for whatever reason.

Take that sassy boy off of mobile orders and put him in the kitchen no name needed yall know exactly who I’m talking about, Just rude and lack of customer service mad cause you have a job? The boy didn’t greet us just mugged and asked for the order name and proceeded to roll eyes and switch off ! Hire ppl who actually want to work , give them customer service training cs he is terrible!!!

Terrible group of people that work here. They are dishonest people who want to take from the current manger who is battling with health issues. They are dishonest to customers and to people applying for work as well. Overall the only good experience is the food and drink which still tastes better at other locations I frequent. The atmosphere seemed fine until I noticed a few comments from the workers while I was in line and then a few more statements from the workers while I waited for my order. Basically I was shocked to hear things about my opening statements in this review so I put it here because obviously the manager is sick and needs to know what they’re up to.

No matter how long ago you put in your pick up order. It still WONT be ready. You’ll still be waiting twenty minutes. Even ordering 45 minutes beforehand isn’t enough time for them to get anything ready. Is it fast food or a restaurant I’m confused ?

It is a pain coming here. The order is never ready on time never. Either because of slow service (not sure the reason because its never overwhelmingly busy) or they are out of an ingredient and wont make it until they can have a confirmation to proceed. That defeats the purpose of pick up though. It causes major delays. It is annoying. Staff often is young and often inexperienced here also annoying.

Overall experience was good, the staff were super friendly! However, the only issue I found at this location was the dirty tables and floors, it's not very presentable and it looks like no one was bothered to clean.

The cashier who took my money was very polite. However, I ordered the peanut butter cup smoothie and it was terrible. It tastes like blended peanut butter and ice, not a taste of banana at all. This is my second time getting a smoothie that tastes nothing like the fruit that is listed and it’s always messy.

So, I'm typically not a food person here but their Acai bowls and their Mixed Berry Bowl i definitely love.

The fruit is fresh, the berries are not bitter and I like that when you ask for Granola and honey, they tend to do a generous amount of it.

My favorite is the mixed berry bowl but sub the strawberries for mangos. I definitely enjoy my bowls better with mangos over strawberries. Just a personal preference but overall customer service was good, the wait time isn't that long and the staff is helpful when subbing items out.

The location is great and there is plenty of parking here.
