My feedback is I notice the drive thru is not managed like the other locations they never tell you what car to drive behind, I never hear them communicate store to the other order takers outside and they kind of just hop all over and I’m newer to the neighborhood past year and my husband is obsessed with chick fil a so we are here at least twice a month and it’s been noticeable. They make me wait outside for 20 minutes for my meal (spicy deluxe meal this morning) and refuse to give me a drink refill when I finally get my food.

Service was fine and food was reliably good. It came to the table quickly, although sans the peach milkshake, which made it's way over after a few minutes. There were a lot of places for pick up but I couldn't find any parking directly related to the restaurant. Every spot around it was a pick up spot, so I did as some others did, and parked in the lot for the grocery store and walked through the line of cars at the drive up windows. I find the restaurant good for kids...
