I went to the basement arcade's opening night. The music was too loud, so I couldn't hear when someone attempted to inform me that gratuity was auto added to the bill (I feel like this should have been the job of an employee... or there should have been some sort of disclaimer on the flyer and/or menu. one of the best bars I've been to over West Baltimore in a long time
Yesterday, 3 of my college friends and I got together to visit one of our local neighborhood bars, El Guapo. We frequent there often and usually have decent service. As we began to eat our food, one of my friends spits out a piece of PLASTIC, bigger than a quarter into a napkin!! We are all SHOCKED. A thick piece of plastic in her food, DISGUSTING!
