Staff were very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in.

We ordered 2 smoothies: pure green and the seasonal matcha one, refreshing and delicious.
Also ordered 2 toast: avocado & the duo, yummy. We liked everything we ordered.

“First time customer. I see alot of post about this place so I decided to try it for myself. I went to the Owings Mills location today and the young lady working was so friendly and helpful. Her Customer Service was excellent and she was very knowledgeable. She informed me of the most popular juices & smoothies and even let me taste a few. The juice was very delicious, you couldn't tell that it's supposed to be healthy. I ended up getting the Get Money Smoothie which was very good also. I only came in for a smoothie but ended up purchasing some juices also. I definitely will be back.“

“I came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was a bit busy but it was such a calm and welcoming atmosphere! I was greeted and while waiting and looking around, the employees made sure I was taken care of and asked if I was picking up or waiting long. I ordered an original egg waffle with powdered sugar and a large mini pearl mango smoothie. My order came out promptly and the egg waffle was so warm and rich with flavor! Not too sweet but everything paired so well! The tables and counters were very clean and I could tell this Gong Cha is very well taken care of compared to other Gong Cha’s. Even when the customers died down, I could see how hard the employees were working to make sure everything ran smoothly. Such a beautiful gong cha inside and out with beautiful music and a wonderful atmosphere! I can’t recommend this place enough!“

I was greeted by a very nice young lady who answered all my questions as well as provided free samples. I ordered the Nica Bowl and Hubby ordered the Tide Bowl. I enjoyed checking out the visuals in this place while waiting. The menu is conveniently located on the wall by register w options galore and descriptions. Plenty of substitutions and add ins. Pineapple decor, 2 picture walls, meal bars for sale, etc. Once our bowls were complete, they came out Yelp, IG picture ready !! The only thing better than their appearance was their taste. We could taste each fresh ingredient that fit perfect w the bowls. 1/3 of the way in, we were full. I forced my bowl down. Hubby brought his home to freeze and eat the next day. No complaints. I signed up for their customer loyalty program and can't wait to revisit. I want to try a Green Bowl and Smoothie. Great event, fantastic service, quality bowls, etc. Job well done Playa Playa !!“

“I came here a while ago for a door dash order and had to wait at least 40 minutes to receive their order. The lady that was behind the counter was new and getting trained. Before me there were about 10 orders that had not been made yet. “This used to be my favorite. I came in last Friday bought a 32 oz smoothie. I do love the smoothies and chocolate covered almonds. They no longer have styrofoam cups which is a great disappointment. B4 you even get 20 mins away anything is melted in those plastic cups. I even tried to refreeze it like I always do. But it was mostly sweet juice by the time I got home. Which means I wasted my money. I need a cup that works please smoothie king! I still recommend because this bothers me and may not bother others.“

“I got an espresso machine for christmas and it takes very specific beans. I was asking Kira about which bean would be best, and they were so helpful. They called the boss and got all the info I needed. I told them I didn’t want to be any trouble, but they insisted and were so accommodating.
The coffee was also bomb, and came out quickly. I got the salted caramel cold brew which I highly recommend“
