Our first visit was this past Saturday. The young men working were very helpful and polite. You could tell they had pride in the product. We explained that we came because I was looking for a new bbq place to try. They offered us a sample and we immediately ordered 1lb of brisket. I recently hosted a party at my house to celebrate the end of our card season. Some members of our card league wanted to go to a fancy restaurant, but most were happy with the idea of a house party. I ordered pulled pork, brisket, and smoked turkey from Weiland’s and the food was great. The attendees raved about each selection, and the total cost came to less than $15.00 a person. We could not have gone to a restaurant for that amount. Highly recommend!

I’m from northwest Alabama and have been in Maryland for 4 long years with unsatisfactory barbecue.
