short and sweet, only had the brisket, but I'll be back to try more of the menu. BEST BRISKET I'VE EVER HAD!! And I'm old, I've had a lot!, easy to get to off 695
Finally made my way over to Wielands. Worth the trip. I tried a range of sandwiches and sides, the brisket was just the way I like it, pulled pork was very good, and the meat combo was better than expected. I also logged both sauces and sides.
