I placed an order using the online platform and went to go pick the order up only to find that one of the ingredients was not available for one of the meals I ordered. I wish I could've received a phone call to the number provided notifying me of this or had the menu item marked as sold-out on the online menu to avoid confusion. As a first time customer this ruined the experience for me.

Try to Frank with the one in Charlotte Hall now that the one in Indian Head Maryland has closed. Wondered why we didn’t know what the hours were but I see here on Facebook. They have changed them so we will try to catch Annie’s again, but at an earlier time of day.

Pancakes, grits, scrapple, and omelettes were what we had to eat, and the food was delicious, the service was friendly, personable but professional. Plus, the place looked clean.

I really didn't expect this place to be this good, few breakfast places can compare to this one. The corned beef hash was top tier, which Is my favorite breakfast meat. There were 3 of us and the total was 29 bucks, so, very good price as well.... I cant wait to come here again

We’ve enjoyed the food and hoped to return. Unfortunately, we called to place an order, the person taking the order answered the phone with “hello” instead of the restaurant’s name, which was issue #1, and was unnecessarily short with me when I was unclear about an item on the menu, issue #2. I placed the order around 12:00 while at an appointment, the appointment ran longer than expected, I arrived at Annies at 12:45 (closing time is 1pm), to find the door locked and the lights off—while the open sign was still on, obviously issue #3. Needless to say, we didn’t get our food that day and we’re unlikely to return.
