“This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, hands down. The workers are the kindest people I’ve ever met working at a fast food restaurant, and the food is always just right. Their sweet tea is amazing, I will come here everyday just to get a sweet tea, and my youngest daughter when asked always wants to come to Taco Bell! They really take pride in their work. I appreciate all the workers at this location and they should be praised for their work ethic !

Kid-friendliness: My 8 year old loves this Taco Bell also. The workers are always kind to her , the 3 soft tacos are a perfect meal for her and she gets her frozen Baja blast and is the happiest thing ever .”

“I had the steak and shrimp today. The steak was seasoned perfectly and was so tender it melted. I also loved the flavorful charros beans that came with the entree. If you like tender, flavorful steak give them a try. I promise you will not be disappointed. I will most definitely be coming back.”

“My family from out of town and I met up at Charlotte Hall, MD Arby's as a middle meeting point to sit down and exchange our Christmas gifts. The staff was so attentive, genuine and kind that it actually kind of blew our minds. We all said to each other that we felt like we were in some kind of twilight zone. It goes to show you how rare it is these days to enjoy a pleasant experience in a public place. This experience however was above and beyond anything we could have asked for from a dine in "fast food" restaurant. The manager on duty brought us cookies and ice creams for the kids - things we had never even ordered. My little nephew (of course not knowing any better) confidently requested a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich while we were all placing our orders at the register. The staff behind the counter thought this was the cutest thing. This led to the manager letting us know that "he is writing a letter to the owner to be sure a Peanut Butter and Jelly is on the menu for our next visit." My nephew wore the biggest smile after this was told to him. This was a tremendous evening with my family and we were - and still are - incredibly thankful for the 5-star exceptional service that was provided to us.Lastly, the food! Arby's food never disappoints. Always fresh and appetizing.”

“The food was great. I got a 12-piece jumbo chicken wings with fresh honey and old bay sauce. My wife got the tasty gyro, and we had cheese bread. The atmosphere was relaxed and cool.”

“Great take out spot, food is nice and hot when you recieve it. Food is pretty good. They actually give you real fried rice when you order it instead of trying to pass off yellow rice as fried as another local spot does. Portions are huge and prices are great. Ordered wonton soup, orange chicken with fried rice, combination fried rice and egg rolls last night. Everything was good. I'm coming down with a cold and decided to go back tonight to get some soup and decided on chicken noodle this time. I think the soup is a good price for how much you get.
Even my 9 year old who can be picky loved the orange chicken. And he also usually hates soup, well last night he decided my wonton soup looked good and he tried it and loved it so much I ended up having to share with him, he told me next time I have to get him his own.”

“Went there today at 2pm. Line of 10 or so in line inside. One order taker Waited over 10 minutes and the same couple was still ordering!! Place was filthy with napkins and other trash on the floor!! They were overwhelmed 20 cars in drive thru. I left after 15 minutes in line. Franchise owner needs to step up!!!”

“Service was quick and friendly, dont let the simple outside facade fool you. This place is serving up delicious food quick and fast, came in with a line infront of me, and got my food within 15 minutes.

Delicious dinner options ~ and some to share, will certainly need to return to this place if I ever come back to Waldorf, MD.

Highly recommended to anyone, local or as a non-local.
