My family from out of town and I met up at Charlotte Hall, MD Arby's as a middle meeting point to sit down and exchange our Christmas gifts. The staff was so attentive, genuine and kind that it actually kind of blew our minds. We all said to each other that we felt like we were in some kind of twilight zone. Nice restaurant. Friendly staff, clean and relaxing dining area. The food was typical Arby's- fresh and tasty, and my order was brought out to my table pretty quickly.They were decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. Not overly done but just enough decorations to be pleasant.Well done to the employees working today. Excellent food (but before leaving the drive, CHECK YOUR ORDER!) You'll often find items or sauces missing!!!) Service is good at the counter, but the people at the drive thru cannot ever seem to get an order correctly, so check your bag before leaving!!!Ambiance is family-oriented although the children, whenever I've gone, are sweet & polite!
