I hate to complain because this DQ has good customer service and the wait isnt long at the drive thru but my kids have complained about the cheese curds being over cooked and they havent tasted the same the past couple of times we have been there they say they are too crispy hopefully this changes in the

Have to say, customer service here is always topnotch. Got the chicken tenders (can't go wrong with them... I'd say they beat Canes just because the gravy is better and you can get extra for no cost). I only gave it a 4 because the ice cream cones seem to be lacking these days. A medium looks like a small and a small looks like a kids cone and the ice cream is no longer that silky super white creamy ice cream. Not sure if they have changed ingredients but it was more like ice...read full review
