“I popped in here for my usual morning caffeine fix and a quick breakfast, and everything was spot on. The coffee was hot and tasted just right, and the donuts were fresh and soft like they should be. It is a reliable spot when I am on the go and need something quick that I know I will enjoy, and the staff were friendly enough to get me through the line without any hassle.“

“My first time stopping in at this new Starbucks in Charlotte Hall. Picked up a Chai Latte and snapped some photos. The drink was good, as expected. There were about 8 people inside but the drive through was packed with cars on a Friday morning at 9:30. The staff was pleasant despite being very busy. It was about a 10 minute wait for my drink. Longer than I'd hoped, but with so many people to wait on, I can't be upset. They were doing their best. They have plenty of parking, and outdoor seating. I'm not a frequent customer as I usually have my coffee and tea at home, but it's a nice treat now and then. It's brand new, so it's clean and esthetically pleasing.“

He has it ready and waiting on the counter like clockwork, and it honestly makes my mornings better. Consistent, kind, and clearly takes pride in his work. Dunkin is lucky to have him!“
