Always love coming here when we are on this side of Charles County. The Gyros were hot and fresh as were the curly fries. Staff was helpful in choosing our sandwiches. It was 1:00pm so was busy and they did great. Thank you!

Pretty typical Arby's the food was good for the most part. It's just that the new sandwich was terrible! It's not the staffs fault! The New Angus Cheese Steak brought back kindergarten memories of eating paste. I didn't taste bad enough to take back, but it was definitely bad enough to never order again. Charlie's has nothing to worry about.

Went in 4 days ago, the ketchup was empty then. No big deal, just asked for packets. A few employees just goues to their phones and drive three girl was sotting on the counter.Went tonight, the girl at the register was very nice along with what I assume is the manager. The other employees were litterally sitting around on the counters. Didn't even move when I stood there at the register, my order was messed up. Realized there was no cheese. The manager was nice and offered to remake. I said no worries. Just put the cheese in a cup. A few bites in I realized I got a sesame seed bun and not an onion bun. If they were out, that would be one thing, and if they would have let me know, I would have understood. But I didn't get what I ordered and I already went back inside to get my order corrected, and I was over it at that point. Also I'm pretty sure I was over charged. I got the $7 beef and cheddar and just asked they exclude the ex meat. Ended up paying over $10
