Chipotle Mexican Grill

Don’t order through the app for pick-up. Both times I’ve done it, there was hardly anything in my burrito bowl. It was less than half the food you would get if you walked in. Disappointing because you’re losing quality and quantity by taking advantage of the convenience of pick-up.

We tried the brisket and toppings and found our dinner delicious. We did take out. The brisket was well spiced and enjoyable. We would recommend Chipotle for your eating pleasure.

How the hell did you forget to add guacamole , ITS WRITTEN ON THE PAPER! Got everything else tight but the guacamole I paid 16 bucks for this !!!!!

Great place to eat, chicken was to die for, also staff very friendly.

How many 1 star reviews much a location get before something is done. I'm here for another 1 star review. Terrible service and the food was worse. Done giving this location chances. I'll drive to another next time

This place is terrible

Chips were stale. Guac had huge lumps of avocado. Difficult to put on chips. Tacos were good. Could have been cleaner.

Worst place ever have gone there a couple times every time theres something messed up with my order how tf u get a burrito and bowl mixed up

Like a normal Chipotle restaurant now!!! Good job of turning this restaurant in the right direction. Good portions, food & service. Hopefully it stays this way!

Could this be true? Has our local Chipotle finally figured it out? I read some reviews that they had improved the food, so we grabbed dinner tonight there. And it was good! I hope this sticks because I would love to be able to keep coming back.

I went to go inside to place my order at 10:54am ( store opens at 10:45am) and the door was locked. I noticed the employees are sitting at the tables eating. No one got up to open the door. If you don't want to work until 11am you need to change your hours of operation.

I went to chipotle in Charlotte Hall to pick up dinner. It was 7:15 pm, When I place my order, I asked for guacamole on both bowls, They said that they were out of guacamole and they would not be making any more this evening, I asked the manager why and he said because it takes 2 1/2 hours to make guacamole. I called BS on that and they don’t close until 10… that’s one of the main ingredients that I asked for when I go in at chipotles, I won’t be going to that chipotles anymore.
