I swung by Dairy Queen during a recent motorcycle ride, looking for a quick bite. The food was exactly what you'd expect from a well-known national chain, reliable and satisfying. What really made the visit memorable was the outstanding customer service. The cashier and staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, which isn't always guaranteed on the road. I’ll definitely be pulling in again next time I’m cruising through the area.

Food and ice cream were average. Clean restaurant and bathroom. Service was slow for fast food. Portion size is small here compared to other Dairy Queen locations.

Usually DQ is my preferred place to get a burger, but today that ended.

I don't know who or what made my sandwich but it had the appearance and consistency of an old used tire with sloppy garbage dumped on it.
Half a pint of Mayo didn't improve the situation.... The burger was hyper nuked, and was as appetizing as old rubber. The orange disk in place of where a tomato is supposed really classed it up.
Bye bye DQ, forever.

If you want to go to Dairy Queen keep driving to a better one. The one in Charlotte Hall legit gets the order wrong EVERYTIME. I stopped eating there for 3 months, go back because we don't have a lot options in Charlotte Hall and they got my order wrong AGAIN, only to stand there an additional 20 minutes inside after we spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. I watched the children they hire carry on about their lives and 1 person cleaned the same counter 4 times while I waited for my order to be correct. The time before the 3 months, I ordered ranch and they blatantly looked me in the eye and gave me less than what they charged me for after I reiterated it for a 2nd time. I think I'm permanently done here even though I enjoy their chicken tenders. It doesn't matter becsuse they get the order wrong EVERYTIME. On top of that I got home and I was already mad about the HOUR wait and realized, they didn't give me a fork OR a spoon! There is no adult there EVER. Take your business elsewhere. This place is run by children.

Ordered 2 Blizzards on 7/01/24. Brownie batter and ultimate cookie.
The bottom of each were filled about a quarter of the way with vanilla ice cream, then our ordered ice cream was added on top of it.
