If you want to go to Dairy Queen keep driving to a better one. The one in Charlotte Hall legit gets the order wrong EVERYTIME. I stopped eating there for 3 months, go back because we don't have a lot options in Charlotte Hall and they got my order wrong AGAIN, only to stand there an additional 20 minutes inside after we spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. I watched the children they hire carry on about their lives and 1 person cleaned the same counter 4 times while I waited for my order to be correct. The time before the 3 months, I ordered ranch and they blatantly looked me in the eye and gave me less than what they charged me for after I reiterated it for a 2nd time. I think I'm permanently done here even though I enjoy their chicken tenders. It doesn't matter becsuse they get the order wrong EVERYTIME. On top of that I got home and I was already mad about the HOUR wait and realized, they didn't give me a fork OR a spoon! There is no adult there EVER. Take your business elsewhere. This place is run by children.

Ordered 2 Blizzards on 7/01/24. Brownie batter and ultimate cookie.
The bottom of each were filled about a quarter of the way with vanilla ice cream, then our ordered ice cream was added on top of it.

My dad & I made quick stop to get something to eat cuz we happened to be there waiting for traffic lights to change. The service we got was so good. This is where they put FAST in front of Food. By the time I turned away to get my drink after paying, they were already standing there to give me our order. Loved it.

Went for a peach cobbler blizzard and there were no peaches in it. All cookie dough crumble and half melted ice cream. Worse $12 for 2 that I have spent in a long time.

Lied to my face said they were closed at ten and don't close till 1030. I just wanted ice cream.

We had a coupon which we were told we could not use. We sat down and instantly we were told twice what time they were closing. The ice cream was awesome but the rest of our visit here was not good at all.

I hate to complain because this DQ has good customer service and the wait isnt long at the drive thru but my kids have complained about the cheese curds being over cooked and they havent tasted the same the past couple of times we have been there they say they are too crispy hopefully this changes in the

Kid-friendliness: Yes there was a child going to get some drink and one of the workers went over and told her that she has the wrong cup I thought that was pretty cute

Wheelchair accessibility: It is a little bit great up but it's very nice to get in and dine-in
