Pizza was good but got banana peppers and there was maybe half a pepper over the entire large pizza. Definitely need to add more. Everything else was good though.

We ordered pizza for delivery Saturday night, when they arrived one pizza looked like it had been dropped. I called and let them know and was told they could either resend the pizza out or give me a partial refund. I asked for the partial refund as I was not going top hold others up from eating. I was told the partial refund could not be issued until the next day, Sunday and that I would get a call.. It is now Tuesday and nothing, no call, no partial refund, nothing and the app is always messed up otherwise I would have reported the issue via the app.

Ordered my take out around 6pm and by 654 the app said it was done. The problem is I have been sitting here for close to ten minutes without the food being boxed up or my name called. I have seen several people come and go who ordered after me. Guess customer priority isn’t a big deal here. Glad I didn’t leave a tip.

Went for the $9.99 deal with unlimited toppings on Saturday 2/15. Ordered a Pep, Sausage, Bacon, Green Peppers , Onions and mushrooms. Got a half cheese, half pepperoni, shame on me for not checking but the pizza hadnt even been made so already waited 20 minutes. Fast forward to Sunday 2/16 and the wife orders same pizza on the App and says pickup from 15-25 minutes , show up at Dominos at 605pm and asked if I placed my order to which I said, Yes online, the young lady read off my 2 pizzas . Tracker on board says 1 to 5 minutes , 10 minutes later I hear from Cam the Manager that they ran out of mushrooms and they hadn't started the pizzas because of no mushrooms. At this point I just cancelled this order. Love the $9.99 deal but if your folks can't get it right now point in ordering. Back to Papa Johns it is. Don't do a promotion if you don't have the staff to cover the influx of orders.

Don't follow the google maps, it will direct you to random house next to Shell. Look for Dunkin charlotte hall and you will see dominos.

Sorry.....but it was about the worst pizza I've had in a while. I have bought here in the past and it was quite good. Not sure what has changed, but like most things these days....quality down and price up.

The delivery guy was polite!Other then that I was reminded why I stopped ordering Domino's awhile ago. The thin crust pep pizza was straight up disgusting the wings were the same. Soggy just gross.

When I initially put the order in it was VIA website my phone died I called the number for Domino's I pressed the one when it said if you're ordering a pizza the reason why I pressed one is to get somebody at the store and I then did not get anybody at the store told them my dilemma I had to wait for them to transfer me to the store wait another five more minutes to see if the order went through. On my way to Domino's, I put in directions from the Domino's on Google where it says directions and it opened up to Maps they sent me to some random neighborhood that I guess the location used to be at and they never changed or updated the address that would be nice if. Had to go to Shell station to figure out where they were because their address was not updated or updated on Google. When I went in to pick up the pizza I had mentioned about the address and that it needed to be changed online the girl just scuffed at me grabbed my food rang me up and then talked in a very low voice that I couldn't hear her and I didn't say thank you or have a good day or anything on my way out so they could do a little bit better service in there than what they had. An update of the maps for it. The new location does look nice though.
Parking: The location is nice and just if anybody needs to know it's located next to the Dunkin donuts and Mechanicsville. Nice beautiful sign on the storefront and then there was plenty.
