When I initially put the order in it was VIA website my phone died I called the number for Domino's I pressed the one when it said if you're ordering a pizza the reason why I pressed one is to get somebody at the store and I then did not get anybody at the store told them my dilemma I had to wait for them to transfer me to the store wait another five more minutes to see if the order went through. On my way to Domino's, I put in directions from the Domino's on Google where it says directions and it opened up to Maps they sent me to some random neighborhood that I guess the location used to be at and they never changed or updated the address that would be nice if. Had to go to Shell station to figure out where they were because their address was not updated or updated on Google. When I went in to pick up the pizza I had mentioned about the address and that it needed to be changed online the girl just scuffed at me grabbed my food rang me up and then talked in a very low voice that I couldn't hear her and I didn't say thank you or have a good day or anything on my way out so they could do a little bit better service in there than what they had. An update of the maps for it. The new location does look nice though.Parking: The location is nice and just if anybody needs to know it's located next to the Dunkin donuts and Mechanicsville. Nice beautiful sign on the storefront and then there was plenty.

Belligerent driver threatened to take pizza back to store for their inability to use a map. Mouthy entitled children have no place in customer service. Will be contacting franchise owner and corporate for a permanent solution.

We had it delivered. Our order was wrong, our food was cold, and it was an hour late despite being only a 15 minute drive. Not sure what's going on, but the food isn't even good enough to make up for it.

The food is good the employees didn't know what they were doing. Most were playing around throwing stuff around , making comments about customers. Manager didn't even stop it she joined in with them. Very unprofessional. Will drive to leonardtown to pickup from now on.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Redeemed a “free” pizza asked for xtra sauce and double pep, they wanted to charge me 2.00 for the pepperoni although it clearly says “2 Topping” the manager says since I asked for extra sauce I have to pay for the double pep. I myself have worked in pizza and food for over 10 years and never have I ever heard of extra sauce being charged as a topping! I want my damn points back asap
Crust still tastes like cardboard. This is a corporate issue. All locations are the same

So I am thinking this location is closed and they moved next to Dunkin Donuts on Rte 5! Good pizza though, and they were good about doing carside service during the pandemic, which I was grateful for.

Domino's Pizza ? is the best that I have tasted in a long time. Our favorite is the Brooklyn style crust with sausage and cheese ? and pineapple ? ?, thats for me, my wife likes the tater tots and the garlic with parmasean cheese ? bites. I would definitely buy it again and again.

The worst wings I have ever eaten. They are small (super small), soggy, and buffalo flavor wasn't good. Got a credit for the first order because they were delivered and were so bad so I thought it was because they were late getting to us. Reordered and did store pick up and they were the same. They also have a weird taste I cannot explain. Just poor quality meat and sauces. Pizza here is what you expect from dominos.
