Waited and drive through line for 35 minutes. Bad design with drivethu could not leave was stuck in line. Person taking my order was great but the wait was absolutely ridiculous SMH. They need to hire more people or have better training to be more prepared for busy times.

Absolutely delicious coffee, sausage egg and cheese croissant. Not greasy at all. Just yummmm! Husband had a bagel, yummmmm too! But back to the sandwich. It was cooked PERFECTLY! Delicious! You brightened up my day, thank you DD!!

This location is the worse. The bread is always either old and hard or burnt. We keep giving them our money to support a local establishment but after today no more. Last week I purchased turkey sausage and egg wraps and the sausage was ICE COLD in the center. Today we ordered sandwiches with cheese and the cheese is ice cold and not melted at all. We were told they are not allowed to melt the cheese. Who wants a hot breakfast sandwich and the cheese is straight out of the fridge. And once again the bread is hard. It’s a wrap. This has been an ongoing issue for years. And we kept going back.

Consistently the slowest Dunkin around. Issues with heating food to proper temperatures. Issues with making correct orders. It’s kind of amazing actually how terrible this location is. I’ve worked fast food for years and I can’t understand how this place makes so many mistakes all time.

This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. They are the SLOWEST!!!! I go to a lot of Dunkin's because I am a driver. It's a shame that this one is local and I have to pass by it in the morning and drive another 30 minutes just to get what I need because if I don't, I'll be sitting in line for an obscene amount of time waiting for my order and then most of the time when I get it, the order is wrong burnt or just messed up whoever the owner is this place really needs to get it together. And yes, I do stop there if I have no other choice, but I have to kick myself every time I make the turn to go there because I know what I'm meant for that's insanity, but I gotta have my coffee
Just visited. Horrible customer service. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, tried ordering the $6 meal deal (coffee, sandwich, and hash browns). The person taking the order said I could not do the $6 meal because they were out of hash browns. I said I'd be willing to still do the deal even if they didn't give me hash browns (because a coffee and sandwich cost $8). They said no, they wouldn't offer a substitute or anything.
It's ridiculous not to give a customer the price listed when the customer is willing to only take part of the order.
Needless to say, it took another 15 minutes for them to make the sandwich and coffee.

Don’t never go here before work. Slow as crap be in the drive through for a half hour half the time don’t have anything that’s on there menu. And than when you get to the window they give you the wrong coffee 2 different times than forget to put the food you even paid for in the bag. It’s sad that you gotta chose a not coffee shop for your coffee in the morning at like McDonald’s to get it on time and be right the first time

The service has a lot to be desired the last three times I have come to this location the girl working the counter will completely ignore anyone at the counter unless it’s her girl friend. The managers will even tell her to help the people at the counter but will refuse to until her friend comes up. Then she will only give you part of your order and you have to wait another ten minutes while she puts together her friends order
