I ordered coffee, sandwiches and a half dozen donuts this morning. The bacon was burnt beyond recognition and the donuts were wrong. The receipt on the box even shows what I ordered correctly. With so many people working, and in a lot of cases just standing around in there, someone should be checking orders for accuracy.

Can I leave zero stars? Staff doesn't care about your order or the quality. Really tried to give this location a chance, figuring the bad service was a one off. Have visited 3 times and the bagels were burnt beyond eating everytime, had to toss them. Specifically they oddly smell like burnt plastic which is HIGHLY CONCERNING. Drinks are incorrect, staff has a horrible attitude and wont acknowledge you waiting or call your order to let you know which order is finished. Save yourself the disappointment and find a different spot for coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Dunkin’ Donuts in Charlotte Hall, MD. Ordered a turkey sausage and egg sandwich, but received pork sausage instead. As someone who hasn’t eaten pork in over 20 years due to religious beliefs, this was unacceptable. Experienced nausea and vomiting as a result. Staff brushed off the mistake, showing a lack of concern for customer well-being. Dunkin’ Donuts needs to improve training to prevent such errors and prioritize customer health. Disappointing experience overall.

Very slow service. Don't go there..would think that it being the major coffee chain in town, it would be the best. Nope! Sat in drive through for 30 minutes at least.

The staff does not acknowledge people when they are standing at the counter waiting to order for a prolonged period. My online order was incorrect. I ordered two bacon croissant sandwiches and we discovered after leaving that they made us two sausage sandwiches.
If it was possible to give ZERO stars, I would. This DD was recently physically renovated but they clearly didn't renovate the leadership with it...Saturday 2 December 2023 was a prime example with only TWO young employees working. The drive through line was wrapped around the building where we sat for over 30 minutes only to be greeted with the cost at the window... The two employees were so overwhelmed that they hadn't even started making our order yet. The young man at the window was apologetic but considering how far behind they were, I ended canceling the order and leaving... Like so many other yelp reviews for this location, mine is just another example of how poorly run this DD is.

i go to this dunkin pretty much everyday. everything is always great except for my sandwiches. every single time i order a sandwich it is burnt to all hell and completely inedible. the hashbrowns too and even my wake up wraps are burnt all around the edges. i’m not sure if they got a new toaster oven or the person working it is new or maybe they just don’t care about the quality of food they give to their customers. either way, im not happy.
This is the third time I've gone through the drive thru (Charlotte Hall MD) - ordered the 2 mini stuffed bagels and they were still frozen. I got half way down the road took a bite - And had to spit it out. I though since the new remodel just re-opened I would try my luck again hoping things had changed. But nope! Went again this morning ordered a coffee and the mini bites and again they were NOT cooked. Coffee was great but it must take rocket scientist to warm up the mini bites, so disappointing!

This place amazes me everyday. Besides the fact there lids don’t hold in the coffee and dumps all over me. Today I did a mobile order because the inside is being remodeled. I get to the store and no one is there. It’s closed but there’s no signs telling you it’s closed. I called and no answer. Now I have to rush around to find somewhere else to go. Plus I paid for a product I didn’t receive. If it wasn’t for the fact that this is the only place I can go I wouldn’t go here.

I placed a curbside order this morning and when I went to go pick it up the store was pitch black inside and no signs indicating that the store was closed… I called the store with no answer and went around the drive thru with no answer. I have never experienced this ever and I was extremely disappointed at the fact that I paid for my order and never got it.

This Dunkin Donuts is missing most varieties of donuts. Maybe they should remove 'donut' from the name. Service is weak too.
