Came thru the drive thru last night at 3am and was told they weren’t taking orders because they were behind in cleaning. Awful customer service 6 cars in the parking lot of what seemed to be all employees and zero other cars in the drive thru. Didn’t know it was policy to turn away paying customer because your cleaning it’s taking longer than expected.
Manager and register employee showed great service work with me as a customer.

I visit this place 3 times a week. Always items missing from the bag. Cold, stale food. Funny thing is it’s never busy. Needs new management and workers asap.

The service is HORRIBLE! From management to staff! It's always a wait no matter what you order! Which causes you to order differently but still a wait! I always go between 6pm and 7 pm it's a shame to be called fastfood when your are not getting your food fast at all! I blame management. You should know your daily rush hours!

Ever since this stupid renovation this mcdonalds thinks its ok to park every car in a parking spot. I only got 2 happy meals. The last 4 times ive been there ive been told each time to go in a parking spot for items under 20$. What is the deal. This is very frustrating!!!!
