I visit this place 3 times a week. Always items missing from the bag. Cold, stale food. Funny thing is it’s never busy. Needs new management and workers asap.

The service is HORRIBLE! From management to staff! It's always a wait no matter what you order! Which causes you to order differently but still a wait! I always go between 6pm and 7 pm it's a shame to be called fastfood when your are not getting your food fast at all! I blame management. You should know your daily rush hours!

Ever since this stupid renovation this mcdonalds thinks its ok to park every car in a parking spot. I only got 2 happy meals. The last 4 times ive been there ive been told each time to go in a parking spot for items under 20$. What is the deal. This is very frustrating!!!!

They spent 20 minutes bringing my food out we ordered two McFlurry’s a 4peice nugget burger (with bacon) apple slices and sweet tea and they didn’t give us apple slices we didn’t get bacon and our food was cold by the time we got it

App shows they serve only breakfast after 9pm so you can't order ahead. Waited as speaker for 10 minutes before ordering, then another 10 once we paid. Nuggets were so old and nasty I had to throw them away. Great location, terrible management apparently.

oil is old every time I come here you can taste it on the fries nuggets everything . Disgusting. This McDonald’s needs new management. Horrible . Please change the oil you are frying food in.

Lately, every time we order dinner, we are parked and have to wait for our food. It's not a problem if the food comes out piping hot and fresh, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. They wait and bring out multiple orders at once.
Brought 15 field hockey players here after a tough loss and the crew was incredible. Sometimes you just need french fries.

I received some really good food, and they were very fast this morning. On a Saturday they are usually overwhelmed but today they were rolling food out quick. The prices have gone up but I do see that they employee alot of people locally. Thank you Charlotte Hall McDonald's!! God Bless You

Been here for twenty minutes waiting for our food and along with 6 other people standing and waiting. No progress on orders inside the store. This is ridiculous. Even people who ordered on mobile app 30 minutes ago are in here waiting.
