It's McDonald's. The employees were super helpful and the lady who brought out my food was very pleasant and friendly. You can't ask for more than that.

I waited for 30 minutes for my food! I only got 2 orders of hotcakes with sausage! Other cars were waiting even longer than me. Once i finally got my food it was cold. This is the worst McDonald’s location ive seen in the country!

If I could put a zero I would, First I'm the only one there.They asked me to pull up and wait for my food will only be 2 minutes. I wait ten minutes nobody shows up, I drive back around.Still nobody here and just ask for my food.Get handed a cold bag. We'll not be going back to this trash location.

Received the wrong order. I order a big mac deal with a diet coke and a quarter pounder sandwich. When I opened the bag a home I had two cheese burgers and a regular coke. My order costed almost 3 times then what I received.
The guy working first window was very respectful and quick. I have never had an mc Donald's employee address me as Sir and be upbeat...9:50 am Friday 2/2/2024

When we ordered the person repeated the order back to us correctly. All the items showed up on the SCREEN with the price correctly. But when we got to the window they said the receipt didn't show a hot and spicy mchicken. Instead of acknowledging that whoever took the order messed up, the lady just rudely kept talking about the receipt. The lady seemed to be a manager as well. No people skills and understanding . They made us wait extra 5 minutes for for a mocha frappe. I wouldn't go to that McDonald's ever again.

Placed my order and they gave me my price. Got to window to pay, and the person did not know what I ordered. I told them, and they repeated the order wrong. I reordered, and they repeated the order wrong again. I had to keep repeating my order. At the end of everything, I was charged for an extra sandwich I did not want. I did not know until I left the restaurant.
