Our Happy Hill Coffee

Omg!! I can’t get over this place. I had seen this place before, but never stopped. So glad that I stopped today. Customer service is excellent. The owner is just the sweetest. My coffee and breakfast sandwich were both good. Much better than some frozen sandwich from these other coffee chains. The coffee shop was very cozy. It feels like home. The owner is trying to sell, but I hope he never does. We need more people in this world like him.

We stopped in for a cup of coffee and ended up having breakfast too. Happy Hill Coffee has great coffee and awesome food. It has a warm, cozy, inviting atmosphere and I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Went in to have a cup of tea and waited 8 min at counter to be greeted and place order..neither happened within that time, gentleman behind counter continued doing whatever he was doing in the kitchen and 3 ladies sitting at the table over a laptop continued there meeting..Not sure WHO was working??? Won't visit again

The most wonderful cup of coffee I’ve genuinely ever had. I stopped in the midst of a long drive and was in desperate need of coffee, i was beyond pleasantly surprised by happy hill coffee shop. I got a simple, black, iced coffee and as someone who works at a different coffee shop I have to say I’d drive the whole 4 hours back just for another cup from this place. The cashier was welcoming and ready to chat making for an overall great experience

I had an excellent experience trying Our Happy Hill Coffee for the first time. It has the perfect, cozy coffeeshop vibe, friendly customer service, and GREAT prices for this economy!! I got an iced coffee and a lunch sandwich, and both were good. The service was definitely slow, but it was one gentleman working so I think he did a good job considering there was a bit of a lunch rush.It is disappointing to see people writing this place off bc they are not satisfied with the speed of service. It is a relatively new business & obviously the owner is running it right now.Instead of writing this place off, why can't we come together as a community to support this local business? We NEED a local place here in Charlotte Hall. If we continue to help grow the business by choosing this place over chains it WILL grow and just get better. Then maybe the owner could afford to hire another staff member.I know when Starbucks comes to town charging me $7 for a coffee, I will continue to purchase my $3 iced coffee from Our Happy Hill.

such a sweet older gentleman there running the show. taking orders, prepping drinks and food, and serving tables. i have never written a review before but mr.william is awesome and has a great cute little spot.

Sadly, the service was slow and bad. My cappuccino was really hot milk. Not good. Nowhere near good. Shame because we need a good coffee shop in Charlotte Hall.
