I WALKED IN THE CHARLOTTE HALL PAPA JOHNS LOCATION AND AS SOON AS I OPENED THE DOOR ALL I HEAR IS " DID YOU ALREADY ORDER OR DO YOU WANT TO ORDER!?" IN A RUDE MANNER. NOT SURE IF SHE WAS THE MANAGER OR NOT BUT SHE WAS VERY EXPLICIT ABOUT HER DEMANDS! I ALSO CAME BACK IN FOR A RECEIPT AND SHE AUTOMATICALLY TURNED AROUND AND DENIED IT!! RUDE!! UNACCEPTABLE!! PAPA JOHNS!!!??? WHAT KIND OF EMPLOYEES DO YOU HIRE??!!!!! CHARLOTTE HALL LOCATION!!! SHE WAS A SHORT NON ATTRACTIVE OLD LADY BY THE WAY!!! FORGOT TO GET HER NAME!!! I do love that the online site says open until midnight on Saturdays and they decide to give you attitude when you try to order at 10:15 because they “felt like closing early.”

For all the bad reviews this store gets one would think that at some point someone would step in to make changes. I periodically order from here and every time I say it's the last time. 6-16 I placed an order and it was horrible. I wanted to call and complain but that would have resulted in me just loosing my temper more. Another 50 bucks thrown down the drain. Most of the order went in the trash. Luckily the brownies were good. Anyway to anyone reading this please know that the good posts on are way overshadowed by the bad.???

Terrible customer service. They close at midnight on Fri. Called @ 10:50 placed my order. They called me back at 11:08 to tell me the had to cancel my order because they close at 12 & only have 1 driver. Wasn't very happy about it. I offered to pick it up. No we are closed for pick up. Then I was really upset. I live 6.3 miles from the store. Clearly not far. I find it really hard to believe that your one driver wouldn't make it back in time to deliver my pizza. The driver may have gotten back a little after 12 but that's not my problem. Should have let me pick it up since you couldn't do what you advertise to do. This is not the first time they have called me to cancel my order. I have had several bad experiences with this location over the years, you would think I've learned my lesson. Believe me I have now. The last pizza's I did picked up from them was supposed to have extra cheese on both. It didn't even look like it had the regular amount of cheese on it. My so opened up and said, why did you order no cheese on them? He was being sarcastic but it was bad enough to comment about it. Oh and I went somewhere else by this location and at 1:19 am the
