I ordered pizza online and said about 35 minutes. A hour later, no pizza . I called to get a ETA and my order was cancelled because they didn’t have my brownie and couldn’t contact me. You would think since it wasn’t paid yet they would just take it off and deliver the rest, nope. Then I was told they couldn’t reverse it to send out my food. The woman on the phone had an attitude and I was the one waiting on dinner. Yea they definitely loss me .

I received a COLD pizza 45 mins after I received notice that it left the store. I immediately contacted the store & spoke with a Manager, named Archer. He/She was very rude & unprofessional. I asked for contact information for corporate & he/she refused to give it to me stating that I can look it up myself? Wow... what a way to throw away your money to a company that doesn't care. I will spend my money at a more deserving establishment.
