For all the bad reviews this store gets one would think that at some point someone would step in to make changes. I periodically order from here and every time I say it's the last time. 6-16 I placed an order and it was horrible. I wanted to call and complain but that would have resulted in me just loosing my temper more. Another 50 bucks thrown down the drain. Most of the order went in the trash. Luckily the brownies were good. Anyway to anyone reading this please know that the good posts on are way overshadowed by the bad.???

Manager on dudy tonight just told me I can create my own papia as it clearly says u can ....said she was manager it's her way or no way find a new crew this one's d*** won't be ordering again

Terrible customer service. They close at midnight on Fri. Called @ 10:50 placed my order. They called me back at 11:08 to tell me the had to cancel my order because they close at 12 & only have 1 driver. Wasn't very happy about it. I offered to pick it up. No we are closed for pick up. Then I was really upset. I live 6.3 miles from the store. Clearly not far. I find it really hard to believe that your one driver wouldn't make it back in time to deliver my pizza. The driver may have gotten back a little after 12 but that's not my problem. Should have let me pick it up since you couldn't do what you advertise to do. This is not the first time they have called me to cancel my order. I have had several bad experiences with this location over the years, you would think I've learned my lesson. Believe me I have now. The last pizza's I did picked up from them was supposed to have extra cheese on both. It didn't even look like it had the regular amount of cheese on it. My so opened up and said, why did you order no cheese on them? He was being sarcastic but it was bad enough to comment about it. Oh and I went somewhere else by this location and at 1:19 am the

I had a horrible experience with the manager here. It is alarming what they think is considered good customer service or even respectful when dealing with customers. So disappointing.

I ordered pizza from Papa John's because it is the one pizza place I can rely on to actually deliver in the area I live. I ordered a large pizza and three papadias. The pizza was great! I took a bite of one of the papadias and that's when I got sick. I found a piece of hair. A long piece of hair... I attempted to pull the hair out so I could photo graph it but it got worse. It is clear whoever made the pizza did not wear a hair net or had their hair out of the way. I am sick!!! This was the Papa John's in Charlotte Hall. Never again.

I asked two questions when I walked in and the girl was extremely rude. One question do you have a menu and How much was an extra large pizza since price was not on the menu. She snapped at me. I was very unhappy and instead of making a seen, I put the menu back and said I'm good. Then me and my son walked out. As I was walking out she's yelling and complaining about the sheild between us when she saw I was upset with her actions. Please hire better help.

Wish i could give zero stars. Had a issue with missing items I ordered. Call up the store was put on hold for 20 minutes hung up and called back. The girl that answered the phone second time started up with attitude and excuses for me being on hold for 20 minutes. Told me she would refund my I asked to speak to a manager was on hold another 5 minutes before she got on and had an attitude right off and said they could not refund the money as they already charged it. When I tried to talk to her about the service I got attitude and yes I hung up on her. As a manager she should never have attitude with customers. I will be using domino's or pizza bolis much better service
