The Manager Ronnie was directing the front of the restaurant. Employees were attentive and moving to expedite food to customers. My order was ready when I arrived. We had a large take out order. When we arrived home the food was hot and delicious. Ronnie made personal contact with me asking if I needed anything else. The restaurant was very clean including the restroom.
Ordered online and was told it would be here in an hour. A little while later I was told it was going to be another 30 minutes and the delivery guy had been sitting there for like 15 minutes so I called the store asking how busy they were and they said they just had a little line going on. So after over an hour of "preparing the food" my delivery driver was finally able to pick it up. I ordered a 4 piece signature chicken combo.
Ordered family bucket of spicy chicken and was told they can only give us half spicy and half regular, but if we wanted to wait 15 minutes we could get a bucket of all spicy chicken, so we agreed to wait and we sat there almost 20 minutes for our freshly cooked chicken. When we got home, we had not freshly cooked chicken and it was half spicy and half regular. They lied and had us waiting for nothing. Buncha jerks.
