Have eaten here twice in recent weeks, once on a Thursday, once on a Sunday. Service was slow, even though the place was pretty empty. Both times they were out of various menu items. On our first visit the food was good enough to somewhat compensate—large tasty fried oysters, good sized blackened shrimp with a tasty sauce, and fish and chips which were “OK”. On our second visit the shrimp were sparse, puny and dried out, the oysters were much smaller and too salty The side salad was also less substantial. Our server was helpful in providing a substitute entree when requested. The chowder, onion rings and teriyaki salmon were very good, however we will be looking for another dining option in the area.

Old owners retired and new ones have put a little more money into decor. Food is good, about the same menu as old owners. Still has the bar and is a locals place.

I'm not sure how long they've been open or who is in charge of everything but something needs to change. It was supposed to be date night and it was closer than any other place; plus it was somewhere new. It started off good enough and then after putting in our appetizer it took them about 20-30 minutes for nachos. It doesn't take that long for said appetizer nor should it taste stale and dry like it was sitting out just waiting. We decided to just take our food home to finish eating but even when that came out it didn't look appetizing. We both got salad which was the only good part of the meal. I'll let the photo speak for itself about the entree. Honestly is not worth anything if they can't do better than this when there wasn't anyone there to serve.

Used to love this place. Since it's been sold I'm not understanding the changes. Only the name has changed and they hung some light colored paneling and left the old stained dropped ceiling tiles. They also moved the breakfast bar. No idea why and it didn't look great. They are even still using the cups that say St. Mary's Landing Our food was decent except we never got our fried mushrooms with our order and when we asked about them the waitress said they couldn't find them in back. She brought them out right after that though. They looked awesome, but we're still frozen in the middle....Kid-friendliness: Kid friendlyParking: Good parking

Have tried to eat here multiple times since the ownership change. Never going back. Everytime they are out of items. Poor kitchen management and severe lack of communication with wait staff. Also tv was malfunctioning and they didn't seem to care.

Worst place ever. This is our 3rd attempt at trying to give them a chance. First 2 trips service was ok at best and food took forever to arrive and wasn’t much to brag about. This last trip we went service was even worse and the buffet looked like it had been sitting there since last weekend. I waited over 20 minutes for more biscuits to eat with the dry chipped beef before giving up and not eating. The kids pancakes could have been used as frisbees. Do not recommend to anyone ever unless you want to go somewhere to wait forever and eat last weeks food.

The food was very good with decent sized portions.The server was A+.The kitchen was SLOW!!!45min + for appetizers...another 35 min for entrees.We didn't complain, and they did give us an unsolicited 10% discount for the wait, so I will give them another shot.

It definitely needs some updating but do not let the appearance deter you. I had the Fried Shrimp basket and it was the best fried shrimp I have had. It was perfectly cooked with a good ratio of flavorful breading. The crab cake had just enough filler to hold it together and it was nicely seasoned. The fried chicken was nicely crispy but needed more seasoning.All in all a good meal. It did take some time but food cooked to order does.

Breakfasts are amazing here. The food is fresh and delicious, the waitresses are all polite and friendly. Food takes awhile but if you have time to spare it's a very nice atmosphere. I hope this place prospers. There's alot of potential here.

Appears to be new management. The rib eye I has on my first visit was very good, my guests had the rock fish, one broiled the other fried, but both said they were delicious. Average decore. The karaoke from the bar was distracting. Will try a visit on a night other than Wednesday!

Even though we read the reviews about how bad this place still was, after getting new owners, We dropped by yesterday for lunch at a couple minutes after noon. To our disappointment they stop serving breakfast at noon. We decided prior to going in that we would try to get something easy. We ordered burgers and fries (easy right?) While waiting (seemed like a long time mind you) we hear the folks behind us tell the waitress that their fries were pretty much raw (Great). Not sure why it was taking so long there were maybe 5 tables now. Finally the food came - the hamburgers were obviously frozen patties and kind of skimpy. The fries were ok though. Needless to say we were glad we didn't order anything complicated. We will not be back either. Do the new owners even care how bad this place is?

The service was extremely slow and the food was cold. Sat there for 15 min. Before someone even asked me what I wanted to drink. Once I ordered my food, it took over an hour to get the order. I kept being told "the kitchen is working on your order now." But when I got my food, the soup was room temp and so was my steak and cheese. A large party of 6-8 people that came in after us also left before us. 2 hours later (had to wait a million years for the check too) we finally left. Definitely not going back.

Went for the first time last weekend. After hearing mix reviews, I can say the food was very good. I have been told breakfast is on point and plan on trying that some time soon. The service was excellent. If Georgia is working ask for her. Not only will you get great service from her but a great smile to boot.

Our grilled shrimp, fried shrimp, open faced roast beef sandwich & steak were all delicious. Service was slow at first, but once we ordered it was all good. Our waitress was great and she was very pleasant the entire time we were there. We will be returning to try breakfast and lunch at some point ?
