Abby has a horrible attitude. I ordered two menu items and her only vocal response during the entire experience was “is that it?” two times. Literally never said another thing during the order taking and pickup process. Please remind her that no one is forcing her to work there.

The drink dispenser is disgusting, there is a vague dirtiness or untidiness about the dining room, not obviously dirty (except the drink dispenser which is gross) but just doesn't feel 'fresh and clean' and I am no princess, I was not interested in finding out about the restrooms it's too bad because the food is pretty decent

Today 2/21/2025 @ 4:22 I went and ordered from the Wendy’s ie Charlotte Hall MD. Got home and my wife bit into her burger and it was not cooked all the way through. So I went back and got a new full order. Got back home again, and my order was undercooked as well.
I called up to the Charlotte Hall MD Wendy’s to try and figure out what’s going on. They told me that the grill cooks the burgers not them. I stated that I could send pictures of the food for reference. They laughed in the background as that was stated. Will no longer go to this establishment.
I do not appreciate the customer service nor food quality.

i had went to this location one evening and went to the drive thru as that was the only thing that was opened. sat at the drive thru window for about 20 minutes with no response. just decided to leave but when i drive around saw about 4-5 employees just sitting in the dining area chatting it up as if they were closed and had nothing else to do. it wasn’t midnight or close to it which i would’ve understood. service here is always slow and employees also always have a stank attitude and are never welcoming and friendly. will have to stop visiting this location.

Just got breakfast from here and was charged for a 6 pc French toast meal only received the 4 piece as well as the hash browns being downsized when I asked for a medium and still got charged for that as well
