Lots of parking. The sitting area didn't have many booths but it did have plenty of chairs. The sitting area is on the small side and doesn't really invite you to dine in. Staff/ service was good and courteous. Would come back.

It was late so we decided to doordash and have it delivered. We ordered four combos meaning four drinks four fries and for burgers. Well obviously they can't count to four the staff there. Once again our food was missing items. After paying $62 for four combos they could not put four burgers four fries and for drinks together. I called The Establishment over and over and over and no one answered the phone to speak with about the matter. It will be my last time going to that Wendy's it is the worst customer service ever and they want a fortune and think they deserve $15 an hour but they can't count to four this is ridiculous. Not to mention we waited for over an hour and a half for food.

Ordered food to be delivered and since the packages are sealed the driver cannot verify the order is correct so it falls on the staff to make sure it's correct. We ordered 4 combos. This means 4 drinks, 4 fries and 4 sandwiches. We received 3 orders of fries. This was a $63 order. This is not difficult. I attempted multiple times to call and I was hung up on once. You want $15+ an hour but can't count to 4.

TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURE ON THE LEFT! My burger was not fresh—it was soggy, nasty, and completely unappetizing. To make it worse, you didn’t even get my order right. I asked for a single burger with no cheese, and you repeated it back to me when you handed me my food—yet it was still wrong. Even worse, your staff told me to park in a handicap spot even though I don’t have a handicap plate. Outrageous! I’m not risking a fine or taking a spot from someone who truly needs it just because your employees don’t want to walk. I waited 10 minutes for what? A wrong order and a rude experience. TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURE ON THE RIGHT! BK, baby! They got it right—fresh, hot, and good. I couldn’t even wait to get home, I ate it on the way. In the meantime, I’ll be going to BK where the service and food are worth it. Do better… better yet, disappear. YUCK! (Check out pics on Google website reviews🤮)

Store is understaffed. Cashier is making shakes, getting fries and drinks. She's got no time to get any order more complicated than getting the Asiago Chicken Sandwich Combo correct. I wanted 4 combos and had coupons for them. I asked her if I needed to order them separately tonuse coupons, she said no. After handing her the 3 combo coupons and aome register magic, I paid $22 for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, a 10 pc nuggets, a Dave's Double, a medium fries and a medium fountain drink. Remember I wanted 4 combos those things with sandwich, fries and drink. Customers were lining up and she's nowhere to be found. Sigh

Drive through attendant, struggled with my order and still got it wrong. Food quality and service is very good in the daytime. I guess it is what it is...

Went by to get breakfast. Got the baconator breakfast sandwich combo. I love the potato wedges. The sandwich, however, left alot to be desired. Not even a full slice with of bacon on the whole thing. Very disappointing.

I asked a question in drive thru about types of soda, the girl said hold on. We waited a few minutes and she came back rudely and said are you ready to order yet? So I ordered even though she didn’t answer my question. Every item I ordered, she said is that it?? When I got to the window she handed me the food and slammed the window. It was a girl with a blond ponytail, maybe late teens. I was surprised to be treated this way and I’m sure I wasn’t the only one that day treated like this. Also my junior bacon cheeseburger didn’t have bacon

Rude nasty service when I went there on 6/16. As soon as I pulled up to state my order the young lady over the speaker had a nasty attitude and sounded very short taking my order, kept asking me “is that all?” or “anything else” with an attitude even though I was very polite and my order was not a big one. When I pulled up I could tell there was a problem, naturally I was not happy with having such a rude experience and I showed it. When I asked to confirm my total she acted like she didn’t hear me or didn’t want to respond, I ended having to snap my fingers to get a response from her. Needless to say I’ve never had particularly good service from a Wendy’s but this was the worst and completely unprovoked and I’ll make sure to avoid this location in the future. Better training and and attitude adjustment is much needed for the staff at this location.

Abby has a horrible attitude. I ordered two menu items and her only vocal response during the entire experience was “is that it?” two times. Literally never said another thing during the order taking and pickup process. Please remind her that no one is forcing her to work there.
