Mahi Mahi taco were overcooked. Pineapple salsa on taco was awful. The salmon dish was half portion for the price. The fish and chip Wing was great.

Very good prices and great setting. Tuesday's is 10$ for All smash burgers on the Menu. The fried shrimp was a good size and the chicken popper egg rolls were very tasty I definitely recommend trying them.

I love how the restaurant combines the old with the new and puts their own spin on popular dishes like the Big Kahuna burger and fried green tomatoes.
Personally, I’d prefer regular sliced pineapple on my burger, but otherwise, I love their Big Kahuna burger. Now all that it needs is a $5 milkshake, within reason, of course, ha ha! #PulpFictionFan
So yeah, if you love good food and are feeling nostalgic for 20th century American culture, then give 1936 Bar & Grill a try, especially after a long day of gambling and/or walking along the beach.

Food was great and views by the water were perfect and just what I needed. I ordered shrimp and oysters and loved every bit of it. We were served by Adam. Parking was available which was a gem for this city girl to not have to struggle to find parking. Will definitely be back.

Food was good. Service was great. Atmosphere I gave four stars, mostly because I'm used to it being a little more quiet around this time, which is just a personal preferance. It wasn't bad, just hard to make conversation with my dad or hear our server between the live music and loud drunk people, which is no big deal. Other than that minor thing everything was great.

Staff is wonderful! Restaurant is beautifully designed and has great views of the water. Love to dine outside. The food is a little bit of a wait oftentimes but it’s delicious. We like the Oysters and the fried fish mostly but have been known to have the fried green tomatoes and calamari.
Parking: You will find plenty of spaces for you to park in the parking garage just steps from the restaurant.

We had dinner on Thanksgiving and it was all very nice. Not crowded at all and the food was good. My salmon was a little overdone, but I take responsibility for that as I didn't specify medium rare and it was well done. Our waitress was outstanding.

Very Rude as soon as I entered! Sophia or Sophie I actually never got her name. I only knew it from reading her name tag very rude. She slammed my friend’s drink down and walked away. Didn’t explain to me where my drink was or if it was coming, all she wanted to know is if we were ready to order, another person who came over and asked if I would like a highchair for my daughter? I told her yes and Never was brought a highchair. I feel as though I was being racially profiled!
Great happy hour pricing. Rings and wings 15$ but they charged me 40% more than said prices. Original bill 35. Questioned 21$. Cmon y’all. Here’s the receipts
