I love Ledo's pizza, however when using the app to place an order it says it will be ready in 45 minutes. When I arrive approximately 30 minutes after, my pizza is sitting on a shelf, unattended by staff, without any heat, or protection from anyone else opening my pizza box! There has to be a better way!
