This place is in a constant state of disarray. I ordered on the mobile app. They had no record. I showed them the receipt. After 15 minutes of standing there a manager I guess said she didn’t know what to do. The one counter lady was nice but walked off as soon as I raised objection.

Always slow service. Not fast food when they consistently take over 10 minutes to prepare the order. Restaurant is cold in the winter, too cold to enjoy dining in the restaurant.

I'm not one to review fast food or one to leave terrible reviews, but I'm so frustrated with this particular restaurant, I'd be remiss if I didn't warn others. The restaurant itself from the outside looks nice, inside is a mess and needs cleaned. Staff needs new training or retrained on basics, like reading and getting orders correct. I've had nothing but terrible experiences with this one... last week I asked and paid for extra sauce on my Big Mac, which I don't normally get anyway... and I was given NO sauce. I took the sandwiches back up for correction and I was given about 1/2 teaspoon of sauce. I then said, I asked for and paid for extra. The young lady snatched my sandwiches from me, took them in the back and put sauce on them. Still didn't get my extra sauce.This morning, I ordered the yummy steak egg and cheese bagel. No breakfast sauce and one side if the bagel was burnt. I'm not saying just a little, I mean black burnt. Do yourself a favor and go up the road to Dunkirk instead, their prices are even slightly lower which surprised me.

The cashier and management were not clear when purchasing a happy meal and an extra order of fries. They put my baby fries in a bigger bag and took his apples away. When I specifically asked for an extra set of fries. Let's be clear people I did not ask for an upgrade on fries. I asked for an extra set of fries. Now you tell me if that sounds the same
Received only half of the order correct. Got a fish filet instead of the nuggets I ordered. The 2 large fry boxes were filled only halfway with fries so cold and soggy, I was able to swing them around like lassos. Not even worth the extra greasy calories to shove soft soggy potato in your mouth.IF I decide on McDonald's again I'll make the trip to Dunkirk or Prince Frederick for better service and superior food.The renovation may of made it look a little better but it's still garbage.
