We enjoyed our stay here for Memorial Day weekend. The front desk staff was extremely nice and we loved the rooftop pool despite the colder weather. The room was clean. My complaints would be that I wish RNR was dog friendly and had a dedicated beach with water. Also, the construction was a pain.
Attended 2025 Mothers Day Dinner seating at 4. Very unorganized, no one waiting on tables or clearing them. Beverages were iced water and lemonade (was empty most of the time) the 4 or 5 people working did their best as they were very short staffed. Food service sanitation practices were absent. I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was a disappointing experience. The front desk staff was unhelpful and rude, making the stay unpleasant from the start. The hotel itself was far from clean, and the restaurant was even worse. The floors were sticky, there was an odd smell, and I found leftover food on the salt and pepper shakers.
