Came in to order and the guy working behind the counter completely ignored us, had airpods in and would not acknowledged us. He also kept messing with his hair and touching everything without washing his hands. Left after a few minutes of not being helped.

I haven't been here in years. But yesterday I went in and ordered a sub, I think the 33, 31. Whatever it was a steak sub. Above the boss on their menu board. Yesterday outstanding.. today on the same sub, so many things were missing how can u forget a cheese? Lol and the other toppings.. and also my fiance got a sub today as she hasn't been there in years, and sad to say dude didn't even know how to cut middle of a sub... it's crazy. The guy seems like he doesn't care. That's why no tip was served lol. I tell you they're just as bad is mcdonalds next door... dude kept looking out the window like he was waiting for something... service sucked. The owner however is a great person he's always done me very well. Knew how to teach his employees. As he is an old customer of mine. But the employees don't care what so ever
Went here a while ago, and the person serving me told me he was high and started mumbling to himself and kept asking what we wanted multiple times. Then, when we went to check out, the other employee just stood behind the register on his phone, not saying anything for a solid minute. When he eventually did start helping us, he never said a word, just entered our orders in the system, and we paid.

I honestly don’t even know where to start with how bad my experience was. I placed an online order, expecting it to be ready for pickup when I arrived, but the whole process was a disaster. The wait time was absurd especially for their to be absolutely no customers in the store. I got there at the scheduled pickup time, only to wait around for what felt like forever.
When my sandwich was finally ready, I was in for an even bigger disappointment. The employee who was making it clearly had no clue what he was doing. It was just a simple 6-inch sub, but he was fumbling with the ingredients and couldn’t even assemble it properly. Even with the receipt there printed with my order. The bread was falling apart, the ingredients were spilling out, and the whole sandwich was a mess. What made it even worse was that the manager was just sitting there watching this unfold, not stepping in to offer any help or guidance.
This was supposed to be a quick, easy online order that was ready before I got there. Instead, it turned into a frustrating, time-wasting experience with terrible customer service and poor-quality food. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you want an order that’s actually ready and correctly made, go somewhere else. This place doesn’t deserve your business.

I’m giving 5 stars not only because the food was great but mainly because the young lady was working there all by herself and seemingly keeping up with mobile orders AND people waiting in line. She didn’t rush too fast to where the quality suffered, but she didn’t move too slow to where everyone had to wait. I think it’s ridiculous that they have only one employee during such a busy time, but she did a great job. I wish I could have tipped her, but the owner takes the tips for themself.
Very impressed with the employee and the food she prepared. The sub was perfect exactly as I asked for and she didn’t lazily fuj the dipper like I see at almost every subway!
She earned the 5 star review for this subway by herself. I think it’s ridiculous she is forced to cover such a busy time by herself and not even allowed to keep the tips!
If I could give the owner/franchisee 0 stars and the employee 5 I would, but my experience was great there because of the service. Get her a raise!

Super slow 🐌 when the short manager is there, he doesn't help employees at all.
I went in and bought a 6in #18 and got less then half of what I paid for the sandwich is $6.59 which comes with double meat and cheese which is 12 pieces of pepperoni and salami and 4 pieces of hame with 4 pieces of cheese plus the veggies and sauces I only got 4 slices of pepperoni and salami with 2 pieces of ham and cheese.
Would not suggest this location especially since I was a manager for Subway and this store was just nasty all around the atmosphere was really tense the service was shotty at best and obviously the food wasn't done right.

Older lady Employees had children (under 7) behind the counter when we arrived. 2 younger girls complained about their job the whole time they were making our sub's. They got the customer behind us' order wrong twice because they weren't listening to him. They had to throw away a whole sub and toasted a sub he didnt want to have toasted. Rung up cookies they didn't have. Alot of condiments were not stocked so they had to go to the back to get cookies and other items. When we went to pay the girl told us "man I am so tired of this job." My 11 year old said "I hate people" I asked her why... "because none of the employees have manners" that's kinda sad and pathetic that an 11 year old sees the ugliness!!!
By far the best subway I’ve ever been. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Employees Ahdaf and Ahnaf were specifically very courteous and accommodating. Food was fresh and quick, establishment was clean, and overall a pleasant dining experience.

Absolute worst “fast food” business I’ve ever had to experience. Unfortunately this is exactly what happens every time we go here, but today has just cemented how horrible they are. Today we used the mobile app to order 2 footlongs. It said it would be ready at 11:25, which was 17 minutes after placing the order. Fine. We had a couple of errands to run so no big deal. We got to the restaurant at 11:30 and the subs hadn’t even been started. My fiance told them the name on the order and they told him they were going to start them right then. The guy proceeds to help the person in line in front of him and never make our subs. At 11:40 they still hadn’t started to make our subs so my fiancé finally told them to cancel our order. No apology at all. It took the guy another 5 minutes to figure out how to print a receipt showing the order was canceled and the money was refunded. No attempts to rectify the situation. We’ll never go back.

Ordered a sub online got there the girl who was making the sandwhich was nodding off the whole time making the sandwhich. I asked if i can talk to the manger some short guy comes out he didnt speak good english i asked if i could have my money back he said what happened i told him the girl started calling me the B word & said i dont know what she is going through? Im pregnant ur nodding off making my food your clearly high off a opiate i just wanted my money back. The manger said he didnt know how to give me my money back so he made my sandwhich i just threw the sub away & called my bank for my money back.

. I ordered online went into subway past the time it said it would be ready. I go in and they didn’t even start making it..I was better off just going in and ordering. So I’m sitting there waiting for my sub to be made for about 10 minutes. There’s only one guy working there . Then another lady comes into work. The other guy working there starts talking to her about schedule as she’s making my sandwich . And you could tell she was upset so I got an “Angry Sandwich”.. it was made very sloppy and she did not follow simple instructions. I asked for the tomatoes to be on one side of the sandwich and I asked for it to be cut in 4s. Once she’s finished she just slings my sandwich on the shelf and tells me it’s ready and just walks off. No “ I’m sorry for the wait” or “have a nice day” or anything.. I will never come back to this subway again. It’s not the first time I’ve had a bad encounter. I will gladly go to the subway in dunkirk..the people there are always friendly and the food is always fresh and made well.

The employees were very nice and fast. Only downside is the managers steal all their tip money when paid with card. So please when you stop by only pay tip with cash. It’s so unfortunate and inconsiderate knowing the managers is stealing money from the employees.
Very unwelcoming and abrupt server. A people person should be doing this job, not a grumpy
