First time order from here. So disappointed when food delivered is all cold and didn’t gave me anything to eat with , I ordered a soup how can I eat without out ?, I called them they say you didn’t ask for one , really do I need to ask for it? is just common sense

Awesome place to eat great food all the time

I do not normally leave negative reviews, but after this horrible experience I find it very justified. We placed an order from Maria's Italian Resturant in Chesapeake City this evening, which was within the one hour timeframe they provided over the phone. Upon arrival, it was discovered the order was partially incorrect, and another part was undercooked / cooked improperly. I made several unanswered attempts to have the situation resolved in a timely manner with an employee over the phone. I requested several times to speak with a manager, and I was told the manager was too busy to deal with my complaint. After going back and forth with the receptionist, who was relaying communication from the manager, the manager told me "If you don't like it, don't eat here again". I was advised that a refund would be in order, but have not seen any activity on the charge account I paid with as of current.

Friendly staff. We had take out. Small cheesesteak. Great food

Have you ever heard of not putting cheese on cheesesteak?, instead it was put on a plate with other sides really?? They refused to put on my half of steak !!!

Get place for lunch or dinner. Pleasant atmosphere, great food and service!

So we (the bf and I) came from Middletown to go to this place. Well worth the 20 minutes there and back. First of all it was NYE. They closed at 8. I called at 745 and asked could I still order. The young lady said yes and that I could still come get the pizza even if it was a little after 8. I wish I would have gotten her name. We arrived at 815. Most places are all too eager to lock their doors, but these ppl kept the doors open so we could get our food. Not only that, they did it with a smile and great service. So whoever was working the front counter, the cute little brown haired , sweet young lady... thank you! On top of that, the pizza was everything! We got the Special. The toppings were hefty and done just right. You know sometimes you can go places and its too many onions in one spot; didn't have that problem here. The meat was all over. It wasn't too saucy, like listen they made my night for it to be NYE. Thanks and we will be back with the kids :)

I look forward to getting a burger on the way home after a hunt.. Been doing that for years.. The service has always been perfect. No matter who it is has made me feel welcome.. Food is great...

If your looking for good Italian, look no further. Everything I've ever eaten here, a lot, as been super good, nice staff and good service.

We have a boat on the Sassafras River. Maria's is a great family restaurant. Food service and prices were excellent. Much more than a pizza restaurant. Food was fresh and home made.

Absolutely that BEST food around! It's a wonderful family restaurant that is nice a quiet. The staff is very pleasant and attentive! The owner is very nice and takes time to talk to you. Everything is made fresh daily. I highly recommend this establishment!
