This was my first time here in a long time. I must say I won’t go back. My son made the booking for us and friends. We had five persons total. Two of the five steaks were not as ordered. Both were ordered medium rare. One came out nearly raw and the other was just about well done. For the price of Ribeyes this is not a great impression. I always try to be fair if I write something, which is not often. I did bring it to the waitresses attention. She was great by the way. I showed her the issue but told her I did not have time to wait for new food to be prepared because I arrived by boat and need to leave before it was late. I guess my point is that at a place that charges hundreds per person things should not have to be sent back or recooked. I paid for all the food without protest and left a $100 tip because this was not the waitresses fault. I just won’t go back. As a side note we asked for multiple things that they were out of…wine…porterhouse for two…Bisson steak.

Pina colada ordered, told they don’t offer those. Cream of garlic spinach was Luke warm, and I wanted a bernaise sauce that should always be offered with a filet, not available. Only the Demi glaze

I have to say this was my very first experience at prime 225. These people are literal rock stars. I've been to quite a few restaurants in my day, but again that was an experience, I look forward to doing again. Frank, and his staff are amazing. Beautiful restaurant.

Disappointed with the Experience
We had an 8:00 PM reservation and arrived 30 minutes early, hoping our table might be ready. The host informed us it wasn’t, which we understood, so we said we’d return at 8:00. When we came back right on time, the table still wasn’t ready. I asked to use the restroom, and on my way, I noticed two vacant tables. I went back outside to wait, but then a group of ladies walked in and were seated immediately. Moments later, the host returned and said our table was ready — and we were seated at one of the tables I had just seen empty.
Once seated, it took a full hour for our food to arrive. I ordered the pork chop, which sadly lacked any flavor at all.
Overall, the experience was frustrating from the inconsistent handling of seating to the long wait and underwhelming food. Definitely not what we expected with a reservation.

This was my first time coming to this place and apparently the last one! We had a reservation at 8pm well we came a little early so of course they say your table is not available yet, no problem we waited and waited and waited so we end up getting a table that was already available the whole time we waited which it was a little frustating so anyway we place the order at like 825pm and a few tables that came after us got served before out table, we waited 1 hour for our food to come out! Our food came out at 9:23pm take in mind theres only like 4 tables with people I mean not even busy and its past their closing time.. anyway I ordered the stuffed Chicken and it was raw. I didn't mentioned anything because the whole experience was just frustating. Not worth the trip honestly I live 45 min away had big hopes.

Love Prime 225! The food is spectacular. Got the crab cakes as my entree and they were undoubtedly the best I have ever had. All of the staff is extremely nice and the GM Frank was the best of all! He was so kind and came over to make sure we were having a nice dining experience. Will be back to this place soon!

Still really good, but not as amazing as everyone says. So we went on a Saturday night, I understand it's a busier night no biggy. We made reservations for the bar. The staff was very friendly very attentive very knowledgeable. Atmosphere is nice not loud like a sports bar but not creppy quite either. Nicely decorated. We got quite a good bit of options of food. Let me start out with the one thing I don't have a photo of was the asparagus soup super yummy 10/10 recommend trying it. The steak tartare was also wonderful house made chips nice crunch. Mushrooms were marinated beautifully and onion rings were light but crunchy still. Mashed potatoes were so creamy and hit the comfort spot. Only complaint is actually our main courses they were just ok, not bad do not get me wrong but I was expecting to be blow away by these choices. Husband had their bone in ribeye good sear good flavor and good size. I have the salmon and shrimp it was good but I feel like I could have had that level of salmon anywhere. Lastly the dessert was super amazing it was the apple dessert with the crumble on top and the ice cream and mmmmmmm. Oh also drinks were also really good! We will be back but just for drink and sides.

Everything was superb the appetizers , meals, drinks , service and ambience. I think this was the best meal I ever had and I am very hard to please. I am a fan and will make this my go to spot.
Variety of issues we went through. Steaks were mediocre fair. Wait staff was inattentive. Never checked on the table. Never asked how we were. Never asked if we wanted more drinks. Food took over an hour to come out, in that time no one checked on our table. No one even filled our water up without asking. We have eaten at STK and other classier steakhouses and were treated like royalty. This place is a glamorous outback. Left with a huge bill very disappointed in the food and service. There are better steak places to eat at this price point.

Not very accommodating for a party of 2. I Have called on several occasions and days in advance for mid evening reservation and they yet to be able to accommodate. It’s either 4:30 or 9:00 ! Will not recommended this restaurant. Once i use my gifts cards im done .

Took a Saturday afternoon with my wife here! We arrived about 4 PM. We were told by the hostess that they close to transition from lunch to dinner. She said a reservation for us, We took a walk around town. We got some of the small shops while we waited. Once we came back and we were seated, we were greeted by a very nice and lady named Sue. And we had a great time appetizers and dinner was amazing. We will return thank you so much for that hostess and miss you for helping us. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends.
