Absolutely disgusting!! Unfortunately my son didn’t know this was NOT cooked all the way. He ate a lot of it and when I walked up to the counter the employee informed me “that’s how we cook them” as she rolled her eyes at me. Then she asked whom ever she had on her earbuds to hold on so she could “give me my money back” DO NOT EAT HERE! Please DO NOT FEED your children this raw meat! I wish I had inspected his burger beforehand.

Update: To make matters worse, the owner replies to all comments with a link. Which you cannot copy or click. Maybe that’s by design because they really don’t want feedback.

Haven't been to an Arby's in over a decade. Decided to try their Reuben. It was without a doubt the worst Reuben I have had in my life. Two pieces of bread, with a single slice of corned beef, a leaf of cabbage and a half slice of cheese, all served cold. I can't speak to the other menue options.

It's just another Arby's. I really wonder why franchisees don't have more creative control on their stores because it would be cool if going to a chain fast food place didn't remind me a bland conveyor belt mentality. Add some flare, some local influence on decor, etc. With prices climbing it's not a bad idea to bring something interesting to the table.

Horrible experience. It's Arby's, not rocket science. Not sure how you get an extremely basic order for 2 so very wrong. The food was good, service was poor. Not sure how you mix up sprite and coke! I feel like that should be taught day 1 of training. Also, guy was speaking very quietly, and we could barely hear him. Told him we couldn't hear him and he didn't speak up still. Awkward!!! Won't be back!
Gave me the entirely wrong order, when I asked them to get me a new thing, they just put some sauce on what I'd originally been given and handed it back to me. Will not come here again.
